Use to love the team here but seems looks things hangs been Changing lately, All that being said the supervisor working tonight needs some major re-training in customer service. If someone is calmly & respectfully explaining something to you over the phone, cutting them off and asking them to call back tomorrow because your to busy is not acceptable. I didn’t order this food for Monday I ordered It for Sunday evening, I have no dinner now and all I wanted was to ask was if I could be there in 5 minutes would you replace the sandwich. I guess now I will just go F#%} myself. Do better and I will change the review.

This place has really gone down hill. Two times in a row they’ve messed up our order and been incredibly slower getting the sandwiches ready than usual. It seems like the place is run by high school kids and they sure act like it. Take forever to come talk to customers at the register, instead run around and act like children screaming at each other. They were out of all bread but wheat bread somehow. We ordered a #13 with no cappacuolo, no ham, and no prosciutto and add mayo and they put all the meats we requested not to be on there, on there, did not add mayo. Barely any onions on either sandwich we ordered. Once again this is the second time in a row this has happened. I went there 15 minutes after ordering and still had to wait 15-20 minutes. Used to be I would place an order and head there right away and 5 mins later when I’d get there the food would be ready. Hire some adults. Used to frequent here cause it’s so close to our house but we will be finding a different location or going to Jimmy Johns or Subway.

Yummy sammiches! I love their food and the employees are friendly. They were singing along with the music for a bit which made me smile! They do tend to run out of bread towards the end of the night, just a heads up!

I really like Jersey Mike’s this is the smallest location I’ve ever been in. Really nice clean place. A number of tables to sit and eat inside. It was really hot outside the day I went the air conditioning was welcomed.I like this place because of the freshness of their ingredients I like the meat being cut right to order. The bread is made fresh every day.The Jersey Mike way on the sandwiches is the way to go.

Messed up our order, did not label any wrappers, was not respectful of the fact that we requested Gluten-Free because of allergy and we were not sure if the one we got was actually GF. We asked them to make another one and there was some push back/refusal to admit mistake.

I’m very frustrated with this place. Every time I use their app I end up waiting an additional 20-30 minutes. Yesterday was the worse by far. I stood by the register waiting for employees to look at me. While more people piled in line. I finally asked for my order rudely. Loudly asked where’s my order should be On pick up rack. Everyone seemed to look surprised the manager I guess that’s who that was walked over to the register and ask me if I had the order number I gave him the order number and the name oh I’m sorry ma’am I made that order well if you made the order where did you put it well I put it right up there on that rack and I said to him as I was walking in I saw the bag on the rack didn’t know it was mine though And a guy rushed in right before me picked up the bag and ran out so that guy according to the manager walked away with my sandwich now. Here’s my dilemma after waiting 15 minutes 20 minutes to get my order picked up now I have to wait because there’s a bunch of people in line that they have to take care of before they can make my sandwiches again oh he apologized and said thank you but never offered me a cookie discount something so the entire visit took me 40 minutes and I use the app . I love Jersey Mike subs but I don’t love the laziness of the people that work there pick your head up folks and take care of the customer why use the app if I’m gonna be ignored. Just my opinion.

I got here 10 minutes before 9:00 they told me they only have salads and wraps it’s some BS my wife used to work at Jersey Mike’s they cleaned up early so they can go home cuz it’s Friday they should be all disciplined for this and you just lost a sale and a future customer cuz I will never come back here oh and the open sign is off because they were trying not to have customers come in!

When they get a cheese steak you don’t want all roll it’s too big make a different roll for the cheesesteak much thinner and smaller I used to go to the Jersey Shore as a kid all the time and that was my favorite place
