I love Jersey Mike’s and was the only sandwich shop I’d go to in Illinois (south suburbs of Chicago). When moving to Fort Wayne, I was excited to a JM so close to our new house… However, this location is a joke compared to those restaurants. Hours are apparently a suggestion here, as well as hats and gloves.

If you want the worst service possible, come here!! It’s their pleasure to have you order online, give a time when it’s ready, and completely ignore you while waiting for your order. Then when asked about the order after waiting 25 mins PAST the time it should’ve been ready “oh…we ran out of bread”. Customer service was the most disgusting I’ve ever encountered. He was completely rude and hostile about me getting a refund. Would literally never return to this location. Bunch of inbreds and i saw a brown cockroach on the floor running by their cold drink case. Sick.

We love eat Jersey Mike’s, but this one was kinda dirty and unorganized. The staff was super nice, but the work space, floor, and tables were so sticky or gritty. We appreciate the freshness if the hot sandwiches.

Ordered curbside delivery – one large sandwich for my wife and I, and one kid’s meal for my daughter.

First time in jersey mikes and last. The service was awful. The employees were rude and snappy. Listen, I’ve worked food service and retail so I know the stuff that these employees deal with day in and day out but they were really rude to us. My son is allergic to gluten and they acted like that was a nuisance. We didn’t want bacon and she promptly told us that she didn’t deal with the making of the sandwich and to let them know down the line. Again first time there so we don’t know what we’re doing. They were not nice to my husband who was trying to order while holding an infant. When we asked questions they couldn’t care less. The food was good that was it. Service was terrible.

This store on Lima Rd is a joke! I have never been so rudely treated in all my life!! I did nothing wrong, but he kept making rude comments. And after I paid, he told me don’t come back. I walked back in and asked him, what did you say? He said the customer in front of him was black. Total lie!! This place needs customer service training!!! He asked me what my problem was and then told me he was the owner. I will never come back to this location again. I will stick to the Jefferson location as soon as I make sure it’s not affiliated with this one.

Not the first time that I’ve seen some thing on the door at this location. It’s not even close to closing time and they are unloading and putting away a truck. There’s no truck parked anywhere remotely to the back door for unloading. I’m watching a bunch of teenagers in their glaring out the window and making themselves food. Won’t be going here anymore.

I went to JM’s tonight and ordered 3 giant subs for my family, as it is my birthday and I didn’t wanna cook. I just wanted to eat a sub in front of the TV and be sad about turning 40 lol. I ordered a #8, and two #16s with extra cheese. I told the worker 3 times about the extra cheese (he asked.) So the subs get done, and I head home. There’s no cheese at all, let alone any extra. Ok, no biggie, people make mistakes. I called them, and they said we could come back and get them remade. I asked if I should bring the subs, and they said if you want but it’s not necessary. He said something about adding cheese and then putting it back on the grill. (Didn’t think that was allowed per health department, but I’m not an expert.) I told him no, we’ll just leave them at home as we had both already taken a bite of our subs. So my bf gets there and they say they can’t remake them without “proof” and a receipt. I didn’t have a receipt because when she asked me if I wanted one, I said no. I’m not about to be driving back and forth a million times for JM’s. It’s good (usually) but not that good. I think your employees need additional training on what to do in that situation. It’s disappointing. Good thing I have cheese here to add. I’m not trying to be a Karen, I’m just frustrated. On my first visit, the workers were nice.

Food was fantastic as always, Jeff made my sandwich. He was one of three workers in the shop while was in today and he was working his absolute tail off. Hats off to Jeff, appreciate the service.

The girl with the heavy eyeliner and messy black hair was terribly unpleasant and unfortunately was the first contact for us as guests. Took our order with attitude and didn’t even write anything down. It was my first time there and they made it overwhelmingly stressful for no reason, it wasn’t even busy. Definitely won’t be coming back here ever again if this is the only staff. Came here on 4/2 at noon. The girl was terrible. 0 customer service skills and single-handedly made this experience bad. I know minimum wage workers aren’t paid enough to care but there’s a bare minimum with customer service and she didn’t even do that. Sad
