Not a good experience. I got an email for a new caprese sandwich. They had none of the ingredients. Then there was 1 guy working. It was a busy Sunday at lunch time. The guy was nice and I felt bad for him. Then I bought a soda and no ice. I had a free 8 inch. My husband got a 16 inch sub and our total was $22. Come on for that much I expect more!!!

I’ve eaten more Jimmy John’s than I care to share 🙂 I travel for work and frequent locations around the country, and this store is hands down the worst of the worst. They are constantly out of product and unable to fulfill the most basic of orders. There is almost never more than 1 worker present at any given time. 2 is the maximum I’ve seen at the store. We all know hiring is a challenge in these times, but this location seems to have extra problems.

How does a sandwich shop…. run out of bread? I actually used to work for JJ’s at the Ballantyne location (different franchise since it’s in NC). We never once ran out of bread. You get the sticks in boxes, thaw them, stretch them, stick them in the proofer. And we always made sure to stretch more than we needed for the day. Even had some left over to sell as “day old bread” the next day. Not if it’s a supply issue or if they’re not looking at their projections correctly but that’s the second time I’ve been there and they’ve had no bread. But I worked at JJ’s during COVID and we never had issues with supply. Service is usually decent, but as a former employee… this location is sort of painful to go to. Even though I’m closer to it than Ballantyne.

This place needs to be checked for food safety. Pickup order had old hardened cheese and brown salami. They got 2 out of 3 of our subs wrong.

Stopped by this location at 7:45 on a Wednesday and it was awful not due to the employees or the service but the establishment. When we first walked in the restaurant was emptied, we were the only ones there. The cashier let us know that they didn’t have any tomatoes. We look at the menu, then they let us know they don’t have any chicken. Okay that’s fine. Then they said that the prices on the menu weren’t correct and they prices have gone up but it’s not reflected on the menu… WHAT??? Is that even legal? But we were hungry so we were going to go ahead and order. We had multiple people in our party and when we went to place our first order which was a tuna sub they informed us that they didn’t have tuna. This was the final straw for us as we had only been told “negative” things since the moment we stepped foot inside the store. Extremely disappointed! I was excited about trying them for the first time but unfortunately if I do ever try Jimmy John’s it will definitely not be at this location.

No bread @ jimmy johns??? The only bread that they had was for slims which would have been ok but the bread was so hard that it cracked. The lady making the sandwich had an attitude with the customers inside because no one wanted to wait for the bread to cool. Male cashier was doing the best he could.

We decided to give Jimmy John’s another chance now that the summer wraps are out. This was a big mistake. Neither of our orders were right, no ingredients and still getting charged for things we aren’t able to get. The two wraps we got were significantly smaller from what I can only assume is a cost cutting strategy. The last three times this year we’ve been to the Indian Land JJ’s it’s been awful. I much rather drive 30+ minutes to another location than come back here.

Order this place from door dash but I notice after 45 minutes of waiting, no one was delivering my food. I called the store and the employee who was “nice enough” explained to me they didn’t have a driver to deliver my food. (If you order from door dash, Jimmy John’s delivers from their personal drivers, not door dashers.) So I came to pick up my food, which wasn’t even ready when I got there, they offered me a free large drink. As I got home I realised they had my phone number on the reciept but didn’t even call me to let me know about the situation with their lack of drivers. Also, I ordered a veggie sandwich and they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes, also, the cucumbers were spoiled (they were yellow in the center). By far the worst experience I have gotten at a restaurant. I give it a 2 star because they had “Closing Time” by Semisonic when I got there.
