Absolutely disgusting I found hairs in my food. Staff are so miserable and don’t care about the environment. Literally never clean or try at least to clean up a little.

I have never beeen the type to take my time to do the surveys so that should tell you how disappointing this visit was. Once I went into this location, where I was greeted with “online orders only”. There were only 2 people I could see working. I put none of the blame on the workers. If you don’t have enough people to operate your establishment, why would you even choose to be open. I spent nearly 1 hour waiting for an online order. I should of just followed the people that walked straight out of this chipotle that were told “only accepting online orders”.

The dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to. Cashier had no change. Fountain soda machine not working. Will not come back to this Chipotle. All the tables were dirty as well as the floor. Very disappointed.

Worst chipotle experience ever. There was a huge line and they said they weren’t taking in person orders and people could only order through the app. 10 minutes later, when everybody who was in that line had ordered through the app, THEN they started taking orders. I waited 30 minutes for my order. I purchased a burrito and a lemonade. The burrito was made completely wrong and it was freezing food, as if they just took it out of the freezer. They gave me a cup for the lemonade and as it turns out there was no lemonade left. In every single “soda” option in the soda fountain the sprayer is broken and splashes everywhere, but it’s okay because none of them contain soda anyway. Just warm water.

All tabletops to dine in and eat on were dirty and covered with crumbs. Additionally, floors were covered in crushed tortilla chips which is forgivabl, noting that customers don’t eat off the floor. When asking the cashier to have someone come out and clean the tabletops the cashier stepped away from her draw (indicating maybe a short staff, which is understandable, but should not mean customers suffer a dirty dining experience) She came out with an annoyed look as if it were a ridiculous request to ask for a clean dining experience and then asked what specific tabletop to clean with a scorned facial expression instead of sacrificing 30-60 seconds to clean all tables when all were dirty. This made us feel uncomfortable and created and overall poor experience visiting this Chipotle. We hope Chipotle members understand this low review provided is not to defame the restaurant or not appreciate the hard work of staff, we know food service workers work very hard, but we hope Chipotle can receive this poor feedback positively and moving forward keep the restaurant clean at all times.

this is actually the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. they never have any food prepared and even if they do it taste horrible! Worst of all, everytime you walk in to order, the workers always tell you that you have to order online…

The soda fountain machine gave soda water only. No one was cleaning the tables when diners left. Guacamole turned brown because of too much exposure to air. They added one fresh scoop and stirred it all together. Gross.

I usually don’t give reviews on places since I myself work in the restaurant industry and I understand how stressful it can be, but this was honestly beyond frustrating. The last two times I have visited this specific location, I’ve encountered rude employees. The last time I went before today, I was verbally called slow by the person putting my food together because I guess I was speaking too slow for them when I was picking out my toppings for my burrito. I didn’t want them to feel rushed since there were no other customers behind me, but I guess they didn’t see it that way. When I went today, the person on the grill mocked me when I responded to the person putting my food together when they asked if I wanted rice and beans, to which I replied, “yes please.” I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause a problem, so I just let it slide. When I was being rung out at the cash register, after I handed a 20 dollar bill to the cashier, they dropped a coin that was part of my change, did not give it to me, and shoved the tip jar very close to me once most of my change was in my hand. I don’t even know why I tipped them because it was so unnecessary to be rude when I was treating everyone who worked there with respect the entire time. I will not be going back to this location, and I recommend no one to visit this location unless they want to be met with a rude staff upon their visit. Management needs to get involved, seriously.

The Danbury Mall and Mill Plains Road locations are always dirty and dusty. You would think that with all of the food and safety issues that have plagued this chain, not only would the food be preparation in a spotless environment (which is wasn’t in either location) the restaurant would be immaculate!
