Customer service is deficient. I mentioned that my coffee was bad a day before and the lady in the drive-through just mentioned: “Well, you should have called before, I cannot do anything” Not even an apology. I visit this location frequently and I don’t feel like doing this anymore. Don’t recommend.

The inconsistency of this particular location is unbelievable. I have a very simple order that I either get through Door Dash or through the drive-thru almost every day. I order a caramel ice capp with a shot of espresso and no whip. I would say that 75% of the time, my order is screwed up. No espresso, whip on it, completely watery. I never say anything, I just accept it. Today, however is the final straw. Order is screwed up again and I have had enough. I understand that it is hard finding good staff, but this is unacceptable. My order is not complicated. I will never visit this location again.

1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. They REPEATEDLY get my drive through order wrong. All I ask for is that there’s nothing on the sandwich but the sausage! That’s literally it! And almost ever single time I get home and it has egg and cheese on it as well. I don’t know what the problem is, but it needs to be resolved!

I have been waiting weeks for follow-up from management regarding my experience at this location. I stopped in on a day that we had a storm, and I did not have electricity, so I was hungry, slightly irritable, and late for work. When I placed my order at the drive through, I chose to ignore the carnival-eque way the person took my order said “Welcome to Tim Horton’s, how can WE help YOU!” (giggles in the background). It was offputting, but whatever. Not the biggest deal in the world. Then I ordered my first item and the reply was “nooooooooo.” Ignore. Placed my second item, “nooooooooo.” Ignore. This happened after each item I ordered. A different employee checked me out. As I was ordering for several people, the cost did not occur to me that it was cheaper than perhaps it should have been (it’s already too expensive). I get my order, and I have a snack sized sandwhich, not a full sized sandwhich. So I go around through the drive through again and I’m told they don’t want the snack size sandwhich back. Fine make me a full one. I get charged again for the full size sandwhich with no refund for the one I didn’t order. I was told that the employee read my order back to me. Um, maybe, but I was so annoyed at the experience, perhaps I missed it. When I mentioned my order may have been taken correctly if they weren’t screwing around, I was assured that no one was screwing around, they were short staffed, and doing the best they could. I’m not sure what being short staffed had to do with saying “nooooooo” after each item I orderd. I did contact Tim Horton’s customer service number and I was assured that this behavior is not up to their standards and they would be letting the franchisee, regional manager, and manager know of my experience. I made it clear I felt I deserved a refund of at least the sandwhich I didn’t order. I have heard from no one. Unprofessional, argumentative staff. Unresponsive managment. (I’m not even reviewing the time I paid with cash, and they were “too busy” to count the two dollars worth of quarters I had and wouldn’t give me change back. That’s not how commerce works, by the way).

Went in on Friday at 10:30am had to mention the time so everyone knows it wasn’t rush hour morning traffic. My 10 year old daughter wanted to take donuts in for her school class for her bday. in the showcase there was 12 vanilla dipped and 12 chocolate dipped, I asked for the 2 dozen and was told I could not purchase them. After my money was taken the gentleman said he cannot give me all of one flavor. I said ok no problem give me the 12 sprinkle and the 12 chocolate dip. He kept giving me an excuse that I needed to have a special order and I insisted 5 times to just refund my money. I could’ve been more understanding if this was 8am. I hope they didn’t end up throwing out the donuts at the end of the night they could’ve sold to me. Not sure why it makes a difference when they are sold or to who.
