Waited 15 minutes in the drive through to order 1 basic pizza, only to be told it will be another 10 minute wait for it to be cooked. Pulled in the front of the store and waited 20 minutes before going in to check. During that time I seen at least 6 people get their orders, multiple pizzas and wings. Get into the store only to find out they haven’t even started my pizza. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I not waiting 30+ minutes for 1 $9 pizza. Got a refund and left. I seen at least 20 pizzas leave that store, from the time I ordered mine. Worst service ever!

They make my Uber eats driver call me half hour after I placed order to ask me if I wanted my pizza “COOKED” I didn’t understand the question . So I asked her to ask if they sell pizza uncooked at all, they respond No. mind you the driver called me half hour after I placed my order. I just didn’t understand what was going on.

Ordered a classic pepperoni and added the combo. They told me it was almost $18- I told her that isn’t right I get this all the time and it is $12. She shrugged and said that is the price. I had kids in the car so I just paid for it. When I got my pizza I pointed to the 10.99 sign and said – why didn’t you ring me up for that? She said I had to specifically tell her I wanted the 10.99 combo. I asked for a refund for the difference and they refused stating I didn’t order it by saying I wanted the classic combo. It is literally the exact same thing. No manager available.

Atmosphere is none since it’s carry out. 2 people waited about 4 minutes before asking if I had been waited on. I said I was waiting for 2 pepperoni pizza, I saw them put fresh hot ones in the hold oven and gave me older ones that were their at least 10 minutes. I’m waiting for fresh ones to be made and they give me older ones . NEVER AGAIN.

They should be embarrassed! How don’t you have dough for the $5 pizza you advertise? But want to charge your customers full price for the thin crust when YOU are the reason? Also, don’t quote your customer 10 min and tell me to pull forward and it takes 35 minutes! Then the lady got upset when I went inside to inquire about! Just apologize for the inconvenience! This place needs to train their staff on customer service!

Horrible experience the last 3 times. The lady working behind the counter had nothing but attitude for someone who chose to work customer service. She displayed no effort to provide any sort of kindness to us. They proceeded to not inform us that they were out of the food we ordered and instead made what they wanted to without calling the number that was provided if there was an issue with the order at all. For use to have the lady to shove us off when all we tried to say “we didn’t order this” she cut us off with attitude and said we’re out of what you want. Disgusting attitude from her and dealing with the situation made our food cold which they did not offer to replace. Never again will I deal with this establishment or the ignorance that lady displayed.

The pretzel was horrible. And I ordered ahead and still waited 20 minutes as staff walked past peeked at us and didn’t ask anything. We got home and the pizza was cold and nasty. Worst experience ever!

I ordered online using the pick up option and was given a code to go inside and use the heater where you’re given a code and get your food.. Essentially a contactless transaction. When I went to the store, they had the doors locked. I knocked on the door and an employee looked at me then looked away. Not to mention I’m watching other employees standing in the store on their cell phones. I proceeded to knock again when an employee yelled from the kitchen, “use the drive through”. The drive through is wrapped around the building… I was expected to use the drive through after I ordered online and decided I wanted a contactless transaction. This location is terrible and I will be reporting this store to the higher up. Horrible
