This was my own mistake. I have not ordered from this place for over a year. Somehow I though this would maybe be different. Grew up loving pizza hut but had so many issues I gave it up. Today wanted to relive the past.. 3 topping large pizza and breadsticks for $25. I didn’t realize you would get mainly 3 individuals of each toppings on each slice. As you can see its a cheese pizza that looks like they spilled toppings into the cheese. Never been so disappointed. Have worked in food for so long and id be ashamed of that leaving my store.

Ordered a 6 pc Thai sweet chili wing and a pizza when it was delivered to my house and I opened the wings they looked absolutely disgusting!! They looked old and like they had been cooked and re cooked. They were hard as a rock!! I am definitely disappointed.

Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t waste my money again. These fast food places have it bad with providing bad service and most of these businesses are closing down due to staff and bad customer service. People don’t have to spend their money. They messed up my entire order and only thing they can say is oh bring it back. Like I live around the corner… Next time make sure you check your food. Just ignorant and lazy kids working these days.

I ordered a large pan pizza and specified that it was a pan pizza, and even asked if they had any pan pizzas before starting my order. However, I was given a thin crust pizza. I should’ve checked before rushing back home. Customer service was good though! I was really just wanting what I asked for 🙁

I am not sure that ordering extra or less toppings matters if you get charged more for not a noticeable difference between two identical pizza except one had jalapenos and extra toppings. Only difference was the jalapeno but still better than some.

Assistant manager Anna doesn’t know how to deal with customers. When a customer calls to complain about their pizza being an hour and a half late and cold, you should be polite and fix the problem. You should not say “well that’s how it is” and hang up on the customer.

Pizza showed up an hour and a half late and was cold. Then when my wife called back the assistant manager Anna was rude and sarcastic saying it takes an hour to cook a pizza. Didnt try to be polite and kept cutter my wife off and hung up on her. Terrible service and worse management.
