Online orders were ready at the promise time! But the portions were inconsistency. Our food ranges from ~20 oz to 25 oz which we felt the differences were too big. And the Beef Broccoli we order barely had any beef, very disappointed. I would avoid ordering Beef Broccoli (or at least avoid it when ordering online/mobile).

I go to this Panda Express at least once/week. Always get great food and fast service until today. I was treated very rudely by the woman taking my order. She snapped at me for repeating myself when I ask for half rice. I got no response or acknowledgment that she heard me until I repeated it. Then she said “I got it, you repeated yourself 3 times.” I said, “Ma’am, I repeated my self because I didn’t think you heard me. “. She then said, “I’m not stupid.” I said, “I never thought you were stupid.” She then had to check me out and asked me twice about the size drink I wanted. I said nothing but thought, “Why can you ask me to repeat something when it made you mad that I repeated myself. Horrible customer service and unnecessary dialogue. I won’t go back.

July 5, 2023 is my LAST time going to this place! I’ve been discriminated against and the staff is very rude. I’ve been a regular customer for years and I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but my feelings were hurt today. The cashier ignored me as usual so I patiently waited until she addressed me and I told her I was picking up my mobile order. She ask me if it was a UBEREATS and I told her no, it is a mobile order I placed. She then asked me for a confirmation number (something that they never asked me for) and I told her I left my phone in the car but I can tell her what my order is and she responded “I need you to go get your phone because I don’t know if it’s you”. I asked her “how will I know the exact order and name if it isn’t my order?? I come here often and you should recognize me. She proceeded to yell and say “It’s policy and I can’t give you the food without the number “, I told her I never been asked for a confirmation but I will go get my phone to show you it’s my order. After I told her I will go get my phone, she then says that I can take my food and that she will trust that I’m telling the truth. I was so confused on why she was yelling and me like that and embarrassing me in front of customers. After she gave me my food, I went to the car and brought my phone and the food back in to show her that it was my order and she didn’t even apologize for embarrassing me. The treatment has been getting worse each visit and I am fed up. I hate to say it but if you’re a person of color, do NOT eat here.

The customer service here is terrible. They did not greet me when I walked in. I asked for a veggie bowl. She only put 3 pieces of broccoli in it and when I asked if she could put more she sighed and did it with an attitude. When it was time to check out, I asked for sweet and sour sauce to go with my spring roll and they gave me teriyaki sauce. When I mentioned to them I asked for sweet and sour, the lady blew her breath and grabbed my sauce with an attitude.

What a let down. You can be vaccinated but this store won’t let you order without a mask or Eat in their store. Did they not hear the confusing CDC ? No seats only 10 people in store at a time. I used to eat at panda 3 to 4 times a month but now I know why I haven’t been there in over a year. I’ll take my dollars somewhere else. If only the people in the store had been nice and not rude I would not have walked out! Avoid Panda Express! Sad to say that
