This place is so disorganized, it’s not even funny. They don’t know their own menu and unless you’re just there to pick up an order, when you walk through the door, they make you feel like they don’t want you there. Food is not that great either, the food reflects their employees attitudes. Soda was flat and no napkins or anything…

Went in-person to order a sub the evening of 6/30/23. The 3 kids working there were too busy socializing and asking about each other’s birthdays to acknowledge me. The young lady looked me dead in face and couldn’t bring herself to acknowledge me. Finally after me standing ~6ft away from them from a few minutes, one of them decides to ask me what I’d like to order. I said never mind and went to Jimmy Johns where I was greeted and treated appropriately. Oh btw, I was the only customer waiting to order. One guy was finishing a sandwich while the other 2 just ran their mouths.

This location is very rude. They put all of the online orders ahead of 9 people that are waiting. I watched them put an online order ahead of mine even though the online came in after I orderd my family subs. They do not greet or even talk to you until you say something first. Today they have 9 people in the place and completely Ingored all of us . Did not say we will be right with you welcome in or anything. Orders 2 hot subs and 1 cold. The hot was done before the cold one then I had to wait another 15 min for one regular size ham. 3 people working and they all were rude. One of them employees was really rude to a gut because he did not know they don’t have cheddar cheese. Not everyone knows that.

We’ve been long time customers here and have seen it go downhill. We used to come here over other sandwich shops because of the quality and the consistency, but there are too many shortcuts now. Rubbery meat, fewer ingredients, increasingly smaller bread and portions. Comparatively, the cheese steak is similar to Subway now in size, steak, and overall chewy/rubberiness-however it is almost $9 more for the same sandwich. Other subs have been completely flavorless other than overwhelmingly salty also. Ingredients seem far less fresh. I don’t think we will bother any longer and can just add these guys to the Subway style chains. Better gamble with small businesses for consistency and value.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online for pick up before 8 pm. Still sitting there after 8:35 for my order whilst 2 employees stood there just talking. At least clean the place. There were two other people sitting there waiting and finally left after canceling their orders they made it clear that they did. I really wanted to but was exhausted after working all day. This happens Everytime you come into this place. Poorly managed! After tonight I’m done!! I guess I’ll go where it’s “Freaky Fast” instead!

Quite possibly the toughest bread I’ve ever had on a sub. This is pretty consistent the last 3 times I’ve been. The teenagers that work there have the enthusiasm of someone on death row. I get that fast food isn’t the premier career choice, but at least pay attention to what you’re serving, what part of brown lettuce do you think is ok? And get the air pod out of your ear so you can hear the order. Go find another joint to work at if it’s that bad, I feel like I need to call an abuse hotline or something every time I go in there.

The workers here have NO sense of urgency at all. I never fail to stand in line for less than 15-20 minutes for my ONE sandwich and there’s typically only ever maybe 5 other customers in the place with me. It’s frustrating when I’m on limited time for my lunch break.

Place is going downhill fast. My wife hates cheese and we ordered no cheese on a hot sandwich. Upon going home of course there is cheese on the sandwich and won’t eat it. I ordered extra meat and for the 5th time in as many orders I again didn’t get extra meat and paid extra money for it. I have also ordered wheat bread nearly every time and they always give us white. They seem incapable of running this store over the last 6 months. I’m not sure what changed but I won’t be returning anytime soon
