Came here to eat, but got kicked out at 6pm half way through our meal because mustache dude had to “do something.” We won’t be back. Management, don’t bother with a response, this review isn’t for you since you clearly hate customers and employees who are interested in getting paid more than the bare minimum. This review is for people thinking of going here to eat.

Owner and wife were extremely rude to all customers that were just trying to order, we didn’t mind waiting. They acted like we were the issue when all we did was order. I felt uncomfortable being in the store almost wanted to cancel my order but he would have been more mad after he already starting making it. Will not visit this location again. Owner was yelling at his wife the whole time.

Not great. Tried to use a coupon for an Ultimate BMT meal- 8.99. On the dash it says coupons are only valid for cold cuts which is what I ordered. Refused to accept coupon. Would recommend going to another location. Never had this issue at other locations.

Its always the owners and no help they are also way too rushed. The wife believe she can take an order all at once and cannot the husband as you read the reviews the dark-haired mustache man is rude and disrespectful should thank me for coming to your location not that I have inconvenienced you.They should hire help or sell they can’t operate a business like this. This subway was a nice place 10 years ago, however, it seems like the owners’ control issues have driven every one of their abused employees away. The man is always cranky and the woman doesn’t change gloves after touching handles and other food. They have printed signs up everywhere saying “NO COUPONS!!!” Or “NO PHOTO OR VIDEO!!” (I think because of the amount of bad reviews on here.) Are these people okay??? Their responses on this website are pretty unhinged too. It’s too bad, I actually like subway’s food. The location on Dell road is much better even though they own it as well because of the lovely employee who works there every day.

Subway closed on a Sunday? Hours say they’re open 9AM-9PM. Staff is rude and for whatever reason, they don’t allow coupons or pictures? Signs are posted on the front of the store saying this. Some of the responses from the owners are unprofessional. Not a fan of this location. I will be going to a different Subway.

I get that some customers are jerks. But maybe treat the customers with a bit of respect and turn off the attitude when the customer is just asking a question or trying to get their order. Don’t bother with the “give us another try” and CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE! Customers: The homemade printed signs should be your first and only alert to turn on around and go somewhere else.

placed an online order for pick up and it said the restaurant was 18 minutes away even though it said only 2.4 miles away so I tried to call 3 times to make sure I hadn’t accidentally picked the wrong location for pickup. when I came in and let him know I was there for my online order jay the owner says he doesn’t accept online coupons for subway (it was for a free 6 inch and I ordered 51 dollars worth of food) and he voided my order letting me drive all the way there just to find out I didn’t have food even though my card was charged. most disrespectful business owner i have ever came across. he does not deserve to represent subway as a chain franchise owner. the other people who where in the store said he’s a d#ck and they are never going to return either.

I haven’t been here for a long time as I usually eat fast food burgers so the young worker in the store carefully answered my questions about the menu. As I checked out, the manager also said hello and we had a bit of conversation. The food was great, so I will be back more often.
