Went in to get a vegetable sub asked for extra pickles and extra olives and was told could not have extra pickles or extra olives because they were too expensive there was barely any lettuce on the sub …4 pickles absolutely ridiculous!!! ,A vegetable sub for eight dollars and you can’t spare more than four pickles. On the second sub which was a turkey sub you couldn’t have two different kind of cheeses that’s a little odd itself guess I’ll be reaching out to the corporate office .. worst service ever

My pickup order was canceled 15 minutes before I was set to pick it up, but I was already enroute. The only explanation from the person at the counter was that it might’ve been because I used a coupon that I received. Would be useful if the operator prevented coupon use at checkout instead of wasting people’s time. Luckily there are plenty of other options nearby.

Absolutely horrible establishment. Place is a mess on the inside, workers are rude and the food is disgusting. Everything was crammed on chunks of cheese falling out, what seemed to be half the worlds supply of banana peppers shoved in one half and as toasted as throwing a piece of bread next to a picture of the sun. Ordered chicken bacon ranch toasted. Was not toasted. Ordered a B.M.T with bacon. It was just a bacon sandwich, and kindly asked for sauce on the side, didnt happen right on the subs. Did not want to drive back to have order corrected. Was too tired from working at 4 am to make the drive. Pick up time was 6:45 August 19. picked it up at 6:36 if any managers or the owner cares. Will be checking accuracy of orders from now on before leaving.

The lady didn’t charge me right for combos because when I went up get our drinks she said we didn’t pay for them, even though I asked for the combos. The first girl looked at my receipt and handed it back to me saying, “Yea the combos aren’t on there because we ring up kids meals differently.” I told her I was referring to the adult combos and that I just wanted 2 fountain drinks. She walked over to the cashier and they talked low as if this was the most confusing situation they had ever been in! I asked the cashier to ring it up so we could have a drink and she had no idea what she was doing. She stood there staring at me like I was supposed to tell her how to handle this. She offered to just give me the drinks and write her boss a note, or charge me for partial drinks. I guess I was supposed to decide, but I told her to just tell me what she needed to be done. After she appeared way too frazzled I told her to just charge me for 2 drinks so I could sit to eat my food with my family!! Management must be really uptight if such a simple scenario stresses these girls out so much. We will not return.

I am a frequent subway customer. Last night 7/26/16 around 6:30pm I went to grab a couple of subs for dinner. I ordered 1 foot long and 1 6 inch. The 6 inch was a subway melt and the footlong was a turkey sub. The sand which maker, her name was Allison made the subway melt wrong three times. While making the first sub, she combined roast beef, ham and turkey. The second time was just ham and turkey, no bacon. The third time was just ham and turkey, bacon and no cheese like I asked. While making the subs, Allison believed this was funny, and continuously laughed with her coworker Bridget. I was a very upset customer, as it took Allison 15 minutes to make two quick subs and she thought it was a joke. Also, how is it possible for your employees not to know how to make a subway melt?, its one of the most popular meals. At the end when I was ready to check out, and the cashier Bridget begins to ring me out. At this point, i ask if i could have one of the subs discounted as i experience a severe lack of good customer service. She simply states” The transaction already went through” I asked ” can you credit my card back the amount”. Bridget stated to her coworker Allison ” how do I do that”. Allison said “just give her back the cash” She proceeded to give me the cash back.. Overall, I am very disappointed in the horrible customer service and lack of intelligence. I will NO longer spend my money where I received very poor customer service. All i ask is that these employees learn from this so that another frequent customer is not treated the same way.

This is a nice Subway it’s clean on the inside and out. Make sure you use the entrance on the corner of the building cuz the other one is locked. It’s standard subway fare. The people are friendly. A large dining area.
