Very poor. The place was not very clean. Dirty tables and floor. The salad bar had very old food on it. Service was very, very slow despite very few people in the restaurant. It seemed there was mass confusion between the staff. It was very uncomfortable to hear the argument between the staff in the back. They were very loud. The one fella was berating the other employee very loudly. Do not visit here.

I ordered online for delivery first and waited for my pizza, and we waited about an hour and a half. Originally, it said the wait time would be 30 to 45 minutes, so we tried to call, and they answered, and we told them the issue and they put us on hold before saying anything about the issue. Then, we ordered again online for pickup, and we went to the Pizza Hut location and told the cashier our dilemma, and she was very apologetic and told us that their computer system wasn’t working properly and they are unable to see any of the only orders. But in the end, we got our pizza, we ordered the big new Yorker and it was pretty good! But it was quite the hassle.

Terrible website ordering system. Somehow it got me all tangled up in Uber. And when the pizza arrived, it was wrong. And because I ordered through Uber. I couldn’t get my twenty dollars. The man at pizza hut i think his name was harry?? was great he wanted to refund it but couldnt because of Uber.

We ordered an original crust supreme pizza and a 10 count cinnamon stick. They delivered a thin crust meat lovers and a 5 count cinnamon stick. Then when we called to get it straightened out they hung up as soon as we said “I’m calling about my order being incorrect”

My order was incorrect and I didn’t get 1 of the pizzas half cheese like I ordered. My 6 year old only likes cheese pizza, so I had to go in and ask if I can get some cheese only. They agreed it was made wrong and I was very polite even apologizing for having to ask for another pizza. I asked how long it would be and said I would just wait outside and come back when it was done. On the way out the door one of the employees called me a name. I’m usually never confrontational but I felt like that was so uncalled for that I asked what’s the problem? I’m the type of customer that hates to complain, overtips and cleans up after myself at restaurants. I really don’t appreciate being treated that rudely when all I wanted was to get the pizza I ordered for my child.

The call center is rude and unprofessional. They love to hang up on customers . I’m sure they cost the company lots of money. 5-28-23 black mountain location delivered to me 45 mins later pizza was cold, made incorrectly and the manager will not answer the phone. Time ordered 7pm. Finally delivered 8:45 . I requested easy sauce and there’s a ton on it among other issues with the pizza. I feel its very unprofessional not to answer a business telephone. I wait month to order from here hoping things improve but they only seem to get worse at this location smh

The food was good, prices weren’t bad but most of the tables still had trash on them and all of them needed to be wiped down. Understandably, they were short staffed but when we got there they had no customers so the manager who was working the register could have at least cleaned a few of them.

Paid $60 for 2 medium pizzas and an order of wings. Toppings on the pizza were overly salty, pizza dough on the pan pizza was undercooked, and the whole pizza was so dripping with oil it stained the wood table it was sitting on. The wings were overcooked and dry.

Went here for lunch buffet. One waitress working spilled drink all over a table. She stomped off to the kitchen another lady asked if she was ok and she used some profanity in her response to let the lady know she was not ok very un professional no one cleaned the drink up off the table or out of floor in the 30 minutes I was here. People were waiting to be seated by the one manager that was trying to keep the food made and sit people and get there drinks apologizing for the wait by saying her waitress walked out on her. Then telling people she went home to change and would be back momentarily. I understand somedays are just bad but really hope they learn some professionalism moving forward. I was one of 10 folks in the dining area that heard the employee cussing which just should not have been done in front of the customers. The bathroom was disgusting not sure what was all over the wall but definitely in need of a good cleaning.
