So I got refried FF and bbq on my bacon chicken toaster not to mention a soda spilled drink with no napkins. Went back thru and the manager asked when I came thru! Ummm. I got the food and ice cream right here!!! Wth. No receipt given. He did replace it so I gave it 2 stars. After second round on FF I realized they were cooked in old oil. So I changed it to 1 I’ll give it a zero if I could look what I got for remake

The trick to getting a great meal is to use their app. When I pulled in the drive thru my order was given within 3 minutes! Great deals too, I try to come here everytime a “1.99 special” or other deals pop up to get a meal for my family. Love their 1/2 price drinks on the app too!!

Sometimes I hate coming here since the service is always slow even if I’m wanting 1 drink it takes about 30 mins none of the carhops, hops anything out in drive-thru so you’re stuck waiting. I also, think they’re always short staffed but overall the employees are nice and they always apologize for the wait. I’ve only had to comeback twice to get them to fix my order but if you don’t mind waiting the food is good and so are the drinks.

Was very excited about Sonic reopening. Ordered a PattyMelt and Onion Rings on app.. it took a half an hour to receive..I was told there weren’t Onion Rings and when I arrived home.. the Patty Melt had no cheese, grilled onions, or mustard on it.

I won’t eat at this location anymore. The past 4 visits have been outrageously expensive and gross tasting. No onion rings available 3 out of 4 visits and the 1 time we finally got to get some they were old, reheated, unbreaded greasy mess. Marinara sticks were over cooked so much it was just fried breading with no cheese. Also 3 items were missing in the order. We paid nearly $80 for a bag of inedible grease. I used to go out of my way for Sonic. Don’t waste your time or money going to this location.

Avery was very rude and impatient. Had no manners. For anyone that comes here and gets Avery as there order taker i would request to talk to someone else. If i come here again i will not be taking my order with Avery i know that for a fact!
