Very unprofessional! I have been ordering from this company for 3 years. I have received a regular burrito instead of the homewreaker burrito and no salsa for chips 3 times. I decided to call this time for the to address the issue. When I called the manager was extremely rude and told me to not order from their location anymore and then she hung the phone up in the middle of me speaking. This is so unprofessional. I guess I will be ordering from another place for now on.

I’ve never seen such a terrible moes. The worst one I’ve seen. The customer service sucks! I ordered food from there and asked for jalapeños and they put bell peppers. I didn’t think I needed to check it but I wish i did when I was there!! And she yelled at me saying “ those are jalapeños we don’t dice our bell peppers up like that” and I’m allergic to bell peppers so I tried them and 5 minutes later had an reaction to it. And she said she couldn’t do anything about it.

The food was ok, but the dinning area was not clean and condensation from the A/C ducts drips on you while you’re ordering and paying for your food. It was unkempt and they always run out of sweat tea.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. My husband has bought food from this location four or five times in the past few months. It has been good ONCE. We gave this location multiple chances because we understand places are understaffed and people are overworked, but never again. We ordered food today and everything was dry but the worst part was the beans were completely burnt. So burnt and black, they left a nasty aftertaste after one bite. We ordered two burritos and one nacho. My husband ended up taking them back, to which they did offer to remake them. Ofcourse we declined unless they were bringing fresh ingredients out (see photo I posted). They weren’t so he requested a refund. They said we would need to contact corporate for a refund. Also, the manager said we were the only ones who complained today. Not sure how that’s relevant to any of it. You can clearly see the meat and beans are burnt and dry. Not everyone has 30 minutes to waste – driving back to bring overcooked, stale food back. Done with this location.

If the option for 0 was there that’s what I would’ve chosen. By far the worst location!! I placed a mobile order, and when I got there to pick it up the manager Tiffany was extremely rude. Worst customer from a manager I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a steak burrito, and a steak bowl. Got there and was advised they had no steak. I politely asked for a refund, the cashier asked the manager to come do it & she yelled to me “nope you have to request a refund the same way you placed the order”. I advised it was placed on the app, she said “well that’s where you request it”! There is no way to request a refund through the app, the cashier also told her that. I had to go back & forth with this lady to get my $16.84 back!

I cannot believe the level of service I just received. The staff today was an absolute PLEASURE! First off, I was given more than enough food and the attendant followed my instructions to the letter. Then the cashier was so kind. But the KICKER was the shift lead (or manager). Eva (or Eba if I misheard) was an angel! She tried so hard to help me get my points and then even gave me an alternate solution that made it harder for her than for me. All to give me a satisfying experience. Please please please highlight that team, but ESPECIALLY the shift lead.

I just wanted nachos with meat and cheese normally I go to the moes by my house but they are not open today. They gave me not even one scoop of meat. My cheese was on the side in a cup and I didn’t get the free salsa but they have me chips ♀️. Like what do I need extra chips for.so I’m glad it was not nasty but I won’t be back at this location

I tried Moe’s Moe Meat and Moe cheese bowl. It’s suppose to be double portion of meat and cheese. The only thing I got double of is the cheese, but not the meat. When i questioned them about the meat portion, they gave me half of spoon more but it still did not constitute it being a double portion of meat. And the result of that was my stomach feeling queasy. I couldn’t even finish the bowl.
