For a $16 sub I except it to be good and not burnt. Half the sub hadn’t meat and what meat was on there was burnt. This place has gotten ridiculous. I will never go back. I worked at the Gahanna location for years and we never sold something that looks like what they gave me.

I had not eaten here for a pretty long time. Now I have been there 3 times in as many months. The quality out does any other sub place in the area. The staff are welcoming and the place is clean. If i had one gripe it seem like that manager is having to train some one new every day. The staff does have to have there hand held every step of the sub making process but I guess having a manager right over your shoulder cant be to bad because my sub always comes out perfect. Did I mention how clean the place is. And I never see anyone cleaning. Its like magic or elves or something but whatever it is, it makes for an enjoyable eating experience.

I absolutely LOVE coming to this location! I order online and I get exactly what I ask for every time. It is always ready for me when I arrive. They have the best roast beef around! The nice young lady who handed me my order (Kelly) made sure I had extra napkins like I asked for. The guy making sandwiches greeted me immediately upon entering the restaurant. I was in and out in just like 90 seconds. Took me longer to fill my drink…lol.

Walked in right at close of business expecting an irritated employee ready to close up shop. Received amazing customer service from a person who took pride in the sandwich and was thrilled to talk to me about fresh bread. Sandwich looked like the picture and tasted even better. Well worth my $9

Jersey Mike’s is always good. However, at this location today, the woman I presume to be the manager had to micro manage everything about my order. She started to take my order but did not finish, cut the meat for my cold subs and finished cooking my hot sub. It was like she did not trust any of the employees who were polite and seam to know what they were doing. I was not asked what I wanted on my hot sub, I had to get it added on after it was wrapped.

Update: the manager contacted us back and had pulled the video footage and verified and also pulled up our charges and saw the refund had not been done and took care of refunding the second sub we were charged for. She also addressed the issues with the employee, if anyone is willing to actually look into things and make things right by the customer, we will certainly return and give another chance. The new manager seems to be very concerned with the way the store is run in her absence. Unfortunately, it took calling her back twice because the same employee whom the complaint was regarding is the one who answered the phone and would not let me speak with the manager and just kept saying “you called the wrong number, this is a sub store.” We have been assured the manager will be addressing this as well.
