This location has to be the worst I’ve experienced. On multiple occasions I have went and they are always out of something. How is it 9:30am right now and I was just told we don’t have anymore hash browns?The employees are very careless.I used to come here a lot but I haven’t came in a year and this is how it goes.

Every time I try this location, I get disappointed. They never have any food by 11am and sometimes as early as 10:30am. My order is always wrong and the flavor is always lacking. Then, the small blonde always has an attitude when I ask for more flavor but ask yourself, does it make sense to put 2 pumps of flavor in a medium coffee, and do the same for an EXTRA large?! My last visit was the worst. I got decaf coffee for my mother and she was literally crunching on coffee grounds!! I poured it out and this is what we find! Like seriously get it together…

I ordered a sweet black pepper croissant with egg and cheese. An order of stuffed mini bagels and one cup of caramel cappuccino. I was eating breakfast and hour before my workout at the gym. So, I parked in the gym parking lot to eat and let my food settle down for about an hour. Immediately, after eating the croissant I felt like throwing up, however, I prayed that I didn’t. Thank goodness. So, I sipped the cappuccino. Absolutely disgusting. Completely tasteless. No wonder I never ordered from this restaurant. Never going back to this location. Absolutely, horrible. I can’t believe people order food here. And, they didn’t give me a receipt. Bad customer service all around.

I had the sourdough sandwich. I don’t know how to describe the taste and texture of the eggs, other than to say it wasn’t pleasant. The sandwich was super dry and the bread was hard. I could have used a knife and fork to eat this, but I was driving so I picked at it until I got frustrated and threw it away. Definitely won’t be going back there.
