I went to order food at Wendy’s at this location on Atlantic, today around 1:20pm on a Monday. The woman who took my order was rude. She was acting as if she was working there for free. I shine it off, I was patient about it, but once I received my food, she continued to be rude and act busy. I don’t understand why she was acting that way since the restaurant was not busy at all lol. She even forgot to give me a straw and when I asked for extra butter she turned around and grabbed the butter and gave it to me, in a kinda rude matter. Anyways, I usually don’t write negative reviews but this time I feel like I should. This lady which I didn’t get her name really needs to work on her customer service skills. She needs to be more nice and patient with customers.

If I could give this place a zero I will , Maria or whatever her name is with red Orange hair is the rudest person and as a manager you have this person you should question that. I asked this girl nicely just to add a soda she cut me off and said nope it’s to busy for that snatched my card from me and took long to charge probably stealing my card info , the. Tried to short me out told me I was lying I told her to take the bag back and check again didn’t want to was arguing with me the whole time holding up the line when she could of saved all that if she would just have a better attitude, at the end you can tell she was all scared because of her attitude she gave , the customer service this girl gave was the worst I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me about this incident.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this Wendy’s. The food is served hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and courteous. And the prices are reasonable. I have never been inside, but the drive-thru and parking lot is always clean and litter free.

The hours on this location state that they close at 12am. However yesterday my kids and I went to go pick up food at 11pm and there was absolutely no one. I waited about 10 minutes, while I waited there was a few cars who also came in the drive through just to all leave disappointed. Wendy’s do better, if your hours of operation changed please update it ! It’s summer and my kids and I like staying up late watching movies and enjoy our 11pm frostys.

They are smart for not posting this location on Yelp or else they would much more terrible reviews. Since I could not reach the manager of this location or get a response from their district manager I guess the only option I have is to publicly air out an issue I had at this location. On June 9th, I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. When I arrived at the location I saw there was a line at the drive thru, normally I would just walk in and pick up my order but I had a sleeping toddler in the car and did not want to wake him. After 20 minutes in line I am told my order is not ready because they are making a fresh batch of fries because I requested fries without salt. The person at the pickup window then asked if I can come inside to pickup my order because they just started it. I told them I have a sleeping child in the car and cannot come in. Another woman came to the window and aggressively told me my only option is to come inside to get my food, I then told her the same thing I told the last person that I have a sleeping child in the back and cannot come inside. She then replied you have to come inside and that’s it. I then asked for a refund because I was not going to wake my child to go inside (by the way they have competition across the street who would’ve brought food to the car if they were running behind). They then got the manager at that time and instead of trying to help me she just said my only option is to go inside. I then asked for a refund and she told me she couldn’t do anything and I have to cancel on my end in the app. I tried to do that but they already processed the order. I then contacted customer service 3 times over the past month and they told me either the manager or the district manager would reach out to me and give me a refund. We are approaching a month since the incident and no call and no refund. This location pretty much stole my money and have no regard for delivering good customer service. I am very close to contacting the BBB for their theft of my money.

The food was okay. I like the Wendys food on Lakewood better. Staff is very friendly. The fries were not good. I probably will not be back. Also it is a bit difficult to get to. I did not feel safe in the drive-thru.

Worst service I’ve ever received anywhere! Mistreated and ridiculed me with my kids. I send videos and no reply from corporate. These people shouldn’t work here. They’re so unhappy and give the worst service, no accountability from Wendy’s. Do they even care? Don’t think so. Sad I won’t be eating here anymore and it’s only 2 blocks away.
