Thought it might be different this time but no. Literally just ordered food at the drive-through. I sit there for a few minutes with no contact. The manager walked I up to the window and it just opens over and over like five times while the manager is just standing in front of it, and on the sixth time he finally said snippety “hang on a second” without even looking at me. He then starts talking rudely about either a guest or an employee instead of just simply taking my money out of my hand. I sat there for a minute then he just walked off. I drove away. I’m over it. I get that since Covid the level of quality and work ethic has dropped in quite a few areas, but this makes multiple times that I’ve been there and they’re just completely unprofessional. Yelling at each other across the building, leaving guests waiting, complete lack of customer service and etiquette. This is coming from someone who’s been smiling at people and taking care of them for over 25 years even when I don’t feel like it. It’s called hospitality for a reason. They simply suck. I’m going home to cook…probably should’ve done that in the first place. If you need someone to come train your staff let me know…I’ll bring my 13 year old and he can show them how it’s done.

My first time having their breakfast. I decided to eat in. No one was in there and I just wanted a quiet breakfast. I had the “special” with eggs, bacon, grits, and a biscuit a d gravy. The gravy and bacon were good. Perfect amount of gravy for the biscuit. The eggs taste like butter. Not a good taste to have. The biscuit was pretty hard and i broke about 25 percent of it off. The grits were the worst thing. They were so watered down, I could actually count the number of grit in the grits. THEN, a manager lady came into the dining area, sat in a booth, and started complaining to someone on the phone about various things, including mayonnaise packets she ordered. Not stuff that i care to hear as a customer. She should have done that in the back. Overall, I would give this a C+.

They were out of food we ordered, as usual. We were told a 10 minute wait. 19 minutes later we get our food and still no drinks. I waited and finally called the store and asked how much longer ot would be. We finally drove away after sitting in the drive thru for 29 minutes. It’s a good thing that the food tastes good because the service is pitiful.

This place opened and my family enjoyed eating out here. That was when they first opened. The quality of food had disappeared since then. The cleanliness has disappeared as well, generally French fries are scattered all over the floor and the staff just steps over them. The hamburgers are now precooked and they just throw them together and then into the microwave it goes. Sometimes they are hot , sometimes not!! The burgers taste like it too. If this happened just once I wouldn’t post this but it has become the standard operating procedure it appears. I do believe I spent my last $20 in this place. Bring back the quality and cleanliness of when they first opened or shut it down before you poison someone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They need to find better employees and a better manager because Brandon isn’t it. Rude, disrespectful, cussing out loud, sitting up against where food is made, I could go on and on. Never in my life have I had this horrible of service, McDonald’s tops this and that’s saying something. I’ve managed in the food industry and have had bad days but this is a new one. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with them but this is by far the worst and most definitely will be the last.

Y’all! There’s NOBODY in line at the drive through and NO customers inside and they STILL got my order wrong . I was giving Jack’s one more shot after extremely poor service just like this many times since they opened a few years ago. On top of that, they asked me to pull up to WAIT on my order to be corrected…..still NO line in the drive through. Just a side note: I ordered a large #3 with no onions and sweet tea. Simple right? Should have no onions and cheese. Nope. Don’t go there!!

I waited 25 minutes for my breakfast. Numerous people were also complaining. People were walking out after waiting more than 5 minutes just to place their orders. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. Employees didn’t seem to know what they we doing. Then to get home and it’s not what you ordered is frustrating. I threw it in the trash. Will never go there again.

While traveling for work I’ve stopped at a Jacks before for breakfast and lunch. The food was acceptable so when I saw one in Barnsville for my visit, I decided it would be a better stop than taking the time to run into Waffle House. The place looks fairly new. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the Chicken Biscuit combo. You get what you pay for so I was not expecting it to be amazing. The hash browns were room temperature, the biscuit looked like it was flattened before they wrapped it and the chicken was not at all what I was used to at the other locations. The chicken was not hot and looked old (as if it were sitting in the order window since they opened). Horrible to see what appears to be a newer location already not care about the timing of cooked food and how orders are presented.

Absolutely the driest biscuit and chicken I have ever ever tried to eat. NOT edible. I brought it home thinking my dog might be able to eat some of the chicken. Threw the biscuit away. The tea was “old” and tasted it. OMG just unacceptable for the price you pay.
