TERRIBLE! Waited over 30 minutes for our drive thru order and still ended up having to walk in to ask for it. Every car that went through the drive thru behind us left with multiple bags of food, yet took us forever to get 2 plates. Now, currently standing inside, after closing, still waiting on our food.

Very disappointed!! Went here tonight to pick up food, paid extra for the Angus steak and what I got was vegetables with no meat! $32 I spent and had barely enough food for 1 person. The chow mein was all vegetables as well. Won’t be back. And that’s a shame since this was a place we frequent enjoyed.

Store was hot the AC was not working properly. Staff did entirely too much talking and not paying attention to the customers coming into the restaurant or already they’re waiting to be acknowledged. I ordered a bowl of super greens with string bean chicken as there were no super greens the staff stated the super green would be ready in 5 minutes it took more than 20 minutes. As my son and I were waiting to pay the staff was forgetting to add meat into other customer plates. A socket team came in and as my son was waiting to pay half the team had gotten and paid for their food before my son spoke up and said something. I understand stores are short staffed but this location and staff has no sense of urgency. Poor Management

Ordered two bigger plates and some spring rolls . The employees are really lazy and can barely understand your order, had to wait for them to cook some of it which isn’t a big deal except that the chicken was hard as rocks and the beef and broccoli was only broccoli. the super greens were raw and no sauce and now the manager refuses to give a refund. Definitely will not go back.

We were not greeted with smiles from the staff. Walking in, the trash was over flowing, the was garbage on the floor, and tables were dirty. We waited for our meals to be made and asked for water as drinks. I looked under where the drinks come out and there was lots of mold. It was disgusting. Decided to purchase a water bottle instead which was warm. The drink station was sooooo disgusting. A worker cleaned the station but failed to clean underneath where all the mold was. That area needs to be cleaned atleast once per week. There must have been a month or more of build up there. Bathrooms were not in great shape and women’s bathroom had roaches. Big disappointment here. Panda is known for having high standards. What’s going on at this location???

First time @ this location and not impressed, employee standing on counter at soda fountain machine doing something on top maybe with the ice part? However the problem is that he didn’t clean or even wipe down the counter where he was standing.. Another customer who was dining in at table close by witnessed this too, because as we were being cashed out at register she walked up and brought it to his attention, same guy ringing us up was the same one standing on counter top. No manager or supervisor was visible anywhere every employee visible was under the age of 23 it seemed, mostly high school kids, a huge sh_t show going on there, I’ve never witnessed anything like it in any other location and I’ve been to plenty.

Very disappointed. We placed an order with this Panda Express by accident (we were supposed to place it with one of the ones on the south side of Lakeland). We called and cancelled our order as soon as we found out the mistake and were told not to worry about it. They still charged our card so I called and was advised by Don that he would take care of the refund. I had all the order information, he found the order and still almost 2 months later the charge is still on my account. Didn’t get food from this place so I can’t comment on that.

My first and last time here. Their portions are so meager barely enough for 1. The taste is mediocre at best. The customer service isn’t any better. Was given burnt fried rice and when I asked for fresh fried rice I was told I’d have to wait 15 minutes before they would bring out any. I’ll be sticking to Perry’s barbq in the lakeland square mall. They give out generous portions and the food tastes way better.
