I wish I could give them no stars. Literally had my order picked up and have absolutely nothing I added in my order inside my order. No lettuce, no shredded cheese, no jalapeños, no salsa. Not to mention it looks like a 2 year old put my order together. Called the location where they told me to just come back tomorrow and bring the food and they will remake my order. What a joke ‍♀️

Outside of the staff having poor attitudes, this location packs whatever they want into your to-go orders. I have had to have so many orders corrected or refunded from this location because they’ve failed to read and check what they’re placing into bags. I thought that coming in to place my order would improve the experience, but no. Inside I was met with unsanitary conditions with attitudes to match.

This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. They prioritize online orders over walk ins. It is ridiculous that I was standing for 20 minutes TO PAY while the employees were packaging online orders. There is no type of management or order present in the evening. I understand a shortage of employees but you all have got to do better. Period. The kitchen was a mess as well.

Absolutely terrible service, took 80 minutes for them to complete our order and once we received it the majority of our food looked like they balled it up to play catch with it. On top of that everything was cold, every burrito was missing elements we ordered, paid 4 dollars for extra protein and didn’t get it. This place is terrible and management definitely isn’t doing their job to ensure quality standards are met.

I cisited this location on Sunday4/30/23 at 5:30p.Worst experience cashier bad attitude, customer service horrible. I asked her for my receipt, instead of her handing me the receipt or putting it in my bad she stated there it is. I had to pull it off the machine myself. Have the nerve to say pressed the button if you want to leave a tip. My tip is to gwt a new a new attitude adjustment or don’t work with the public.

Undisputed King
Everything was 100% trash. Service was super slow. There was 6-7 people working. Almost no food was ready, and to top Everything off flies galore. When I noticed flies landing on the 8 orders sitting on the counter I just walked out.
