The people are always really friendly when I go, but no matter if there’s 4 or 5 people behind the counter my order is always wrong. I’m very allergic to a ingredient that I make sure to ask them not to add. I either get home then have to drive all the way back or just throw away the food I just purchased. It’s happened way too many times at this point.

They should change their name to Subway 2.0 since they dropped all the hot subs except the cheesesteaks and ruined the thing that made them a popular restaurant to start with which was their menu with 43 different choices. Now its just cold cut subs and cheesesteaks. Way to go y’all. You fixed something that wasn’t broken. I promise you will never get another penny from me.

I used to love this particular JM. They were clean and always had fresh everything. I have tried to give them the benefit of a doubt, about staffing and other things, but I am just fed up with this place. The food is way too expensive to have rock hard bread. The veggies are MID at best. The meat taste SOUR and falls apart. They have one particular server who makes the sandwiches sloppy. I dread seeing him when I come in the store. I always ask him to slow down or to redo my sandwich. This is unacceptable especially when you are spending almost $20 on one or more subs each. Whoever is running this place, please fix this problem or you will lose a lot of your customers. I’m not making any threats, it’s just I’ve heard this from many customers that visits this location. Fix the problems, Please.

This location always seems to have a lot of people behind the counter, but they take FOREVER!! They make the customers that are there in person wait until they finish the to-go orders. I get it’s time sensitive, but it’d help if certain people did to-go and others provided service to the people inside the store.

Really need to fix their customer service. You have multiple people standing in line waiting to order, and all they wanna do is put together all the online orders while everyone stands looking at them no organization at all, watch them mess up orders in front and couldn’t even wrap the subs to put them in a bag. They didn’t know whose orders were whose since they let everything pile up.

We went and picked up our order to go after ordering online and there was a SCREW in the philly cheesesteak sub we ordered. The screw in the sandwich cracked the person’s tooth that ordered it. When we called the store to alert the employees about this, they did nothing and did not issue a refund for the order or offer any kind of assistance. This is unacceptable, a huge health hazard, and simply inexcusable. The customer service in the matter was non existent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Make sure to check your food for screws and don’t expect any acceptable customer care from this location AT ALL. Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this location (Knightdale NC store) to any customer.
