Upon entering this location, I noticed the cleanliness of the lobby. I was promptly greeted by the cashier who took my order and answered some questions I had about one of the combos. When she was unsure, she made it a priority to ask the manager for clarification and I appreciated her diligence. The general manager at this store is amazing. She expects her workers to work and she expects respect inside the establishment from both the workers and customers. When a mistake is made, she apologizes and corrects the issue. She is hands-on and helps with every aspect of this location’s operation, from taking and packing orders to cleaning and training. The food I received was delicious, though I wish the chicken was fried harder, but that is a custom one cannot expect at any franchise because of the necessity to cook at a certain pace and for a wide range of consumers. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food.

I had to go through drive through for online order, door closed. I ordered 8 tenders, missing from order which i did not catch till home. 2 breasts crispy, missing from order, I went back, and she said they were not cooking any crispy, so I took 2 tiny original breasts. 8 piece meal was included and correct. The pieces were tiny and didn’t even fill the bucket. terrible.

We ordered online and got a text saying our food would be ready for pick up at 605. Got there at 605 and ended up waiting another 30 mins. And they didn’t have enough original so they had to mix the order. Food is decent over all.

I ordered two number 7 meals and a kids meal. They asked us for sauce because they were nuggets and strips. We get to the drive thru and I always check our bag to make sure everything is in there. We were missing the ranch sauces and kids meal juice. We had to wait and ask for our missing items and they were mad and staring at us like we we’re unconvincing them because we asked for things we paid for. Customer service here is terrible and the food is never fresh. Only come here because it’s close to my house but might have to reconsider.

Ordered a famous bowl at the drive thru. Got home to realize there was 5 nuggets in the bowl which I have always experienced getting more. It may be store policy but I never witnessed having just 5 nuggets in the bowl. Not to mention it was cold!! Not a happy camper normally happy with service from KFC. IJS….

The staff were on the ball and awesome! I witnessed a horrible customer treat the mgr horribly all because his food wasn’t ready that he ordered online to pick up at a certain time. She looked and the order wasn’t ready because he was early and the order hadn’t even shown up yet in the cue.
