This was my first time going to Chipotle and I had high expectations from everything I had seen and heard. Was not impressed. The staff wasn’t mean, but you didn’t feel like they cared. Just a number to push through the line. The food was average. Wasn’t bad, had a nice kick, but not impressive enough. Oh except the chips were awful. Like they bought chips from the grocery store then dumped a ton of extra salt. If you have the chance, I recommend Moe’s before Chipotle.

Something happened at this location. It used to be great, but now every time we come it’s dirty, portions are small, pickup orders are wrong at least 50% of the time, and the staff is rarely welcoming or friendly. Sometimes down right rude.

I have come to this location many times and have tried my best to avoid giving a bad review. Every time I have a different issue. And when you order online no one responds to you or your issue. I love chipotle but I guess I’ll have to enjoy it when I visit other cities. And charging $2 for 1/3 cup of vinaigrette is crazy!!!

It’s… okay, I guess? I usually like Chipotle, but I guess this location isn’t great. We did an online order since we’ve got kids and it’s usually easier, but my order was missing like three things, including a large chips (but not the guacamole?). Everything was kinda dry and not as flavorful as it usually is. My burrito was slapped together thoughtlessly, all weirdly bunched up, so my first couple bites were nothing but cheese and salsa (not the correct salsa) and the rest was dry and sad. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, I had to stare down two employees for an uncomfortable amount of time at the register when I went to retrieve my missing items – both of them looked at me standing there and continued on their conversation. I was trying to be less demanding, guess I should have been rude? A customer standing at the register is usually a signal to do….something.

When you go it’s 50% they can’t make burritos, 45% taste like a 4 year old made it, or it’s actually decent. Please teach these people to stock up on tortillas ♂️

We ordered ahead, because it’s usually easier than trying to wrangle kids’ orders in the middle of a line. Out of five relatively simple orders (two burritos and three quesadilla kids’ plates), four were wrong and all were haphazardly constructed–one burrito had the cheese all at one end so that the first two bites were just cheese but there wasn’t any through the rest of it.

This is the only Chipotle in town. I RARELY can find a clean table when we dine in. And for some reason, no one can roll a burrito. Lucky for them, they are the only Chipotle in town and my kid loves it. Just give yourself time to stand in line and be ready to clean your table yourself if dining in.

The manager on duty at 7:00pm (08/06/2023) need to be fired. There was multiple issues with my visit. The first was as I waited in line, I saw the manager get rude with a customer as she was ordering her food. I guess she wasn’t talking loud enough for him, and he let her know in a rude way. When I finally got to the counter to pick up my DoorDash order that I place via the app, the guy at the register could not find it, even though I gave my name, and showed it on my phone. He goes to get the manager on duty, and when he walks up, he says “SHOW ME YOUR RECEIPT” I did, then he walks over to the side and goes to the computer, and begins to search for who knows. About 8 mins later he asks, “WHATS YOUR NAME” I tell me, then he says “SHOW ME IT ON YOUR PHONE”. Well…I’m not sure how many DoorDash orders he has worked with, but it is clear that he is VERY much inexperienced, because he was asking for info that the app wouldn’t provide. When you place a pick-up order “that you placed” all it shows is what you ordered, so I guess for safety reasons the customers name would not be visible for anyone to see. At this point he starts making a scene and trys to get loud with me, I repeats the same thing OVER, and OVER, and OVER. This goes on for like 20 mins, when he finally tell me to call DoorDash customer service. I do and quickly find out the REAL issue Chipotle Canceled my order because they was unable to make it.. Can anyone tell me why the manager on duty did not auto tell me that when I showed up, and save me roughly 30 mins of wasting my time??? Would not recommend this location

Went to pick up my order and my chips were missing not a big deal it happens so I went back in and stood in line real quick to ask for them. Middle aged man then asked to see my order on the bag as if I lied when they made the mistake then he proceeds to ask me if I even checked my bag for them…which I did maybe I should’ve opened the bag to him like it was show and tell I’m not sure but he was extremely condescending.

My dad and I went here again, for the second time. And we won’t be back, they are very skimpy on there portions at this location then the other ones we have been too. Rice is crunchy, beans are stale chicken is cold.. won’t be returning
