I specifically asked for no pork and I got a half and half with pork on both sides. I asked a replacement and I got this Pizza. I left extremely disappointed. It shouldn’t be hard to put a side of Pesto if the customer asked for it over 3 times. Alfredo Pasta was okay. The Lemonade mix was very good! Service was ok. I don’t think I’ll be eating this Pizza at all. I nearly left without picking up the pizza although paying for it but, I didn’t want to come off looking rude.

3.5 stars overall. The ambience is attractive with an outdoor patio, heaters and quasi-live music. The service was friendly. The food missed the mark. The focaccia was too salty. The sauce for the pappardelle di mare was not flavorful and the cioppino was more tomato sauce-y than seafood broth-y. The singed toast that accompanied the seafood stew was puzzling. Offered replacements were still very burnt-tasting as if flame-torched on the ends only.

We spontaneously stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon after not being able to get in at another local restaurant and we were very pleasantly surprised. We dined outside on a lovely spring day and very much enjoyed the location and dining experience. The server, Frederico (?), was attentive and professional. We started with a garden salad which was fresh and delicious. I ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the Scaloppine di Pollo al Porto e Funghi. The chicken was moist and the mushrooms were plump and earthy. My husband ordered and enjoyed Salmon with capers (I think it was Salmone Piccata al Limone – off Brunch menu). Both dishes came with beautifully roasted veggies and flavorful sauces. After we left, I realized I left my phone there but our server found it and kept it safe until I returned later that day. Highly recommend this place!

We had our intimate and simple wedding reception at their back patio and it was amazing! Although we have never visited and tried their food before, we are beyond satisfied and happy with everything. Food and drinks are not only superb, but the service and ambiance of the restaurant are also perfect for our celebration. Roberta is very accommodating and patient with all our inquiries and requests since the planning up to the actual event. We heard a lot of good feedback from our guests and they really enjoyed the food, especially the tiramisu and wines. We are glad we chose Piazza 1909 to be part of our special day. And of course, it was a pleasure to meet Roberta and Chef Stefano!

Great ambience and service- but the food is the real star here. Perfect for gatherings, celebrations or date nights. Four of us had dinner here on a Friday night and each of us ordered a different entree. Everyone was completely satisfied!! I highly recommend this spot!

We went for lunch and ordered a pizza and salad. Pizza : dough was perfect thickness (thin), tasted fresh, and was cooked perfectly. The sauce to dough ratio was perfect, and the sauce itself was also delicious. It tasted like it was made from fresh tomatoes. The salad was dressed perfectly, the chickpeas were peeled and the goat cheese was delicious. It also had little pumpkin seeds that reminded me of healthy granola. The staff was prompt and kind. Highly recommend!
