Placed my order didn’t hear anything for an hour wasn’t done didn’t want to make things right and had an attitude about. So I told them I’d just get my order from Pizza Hut and guess what it was done in 15 mins. Guess it’s true no one out pizzas the hut!

Ordered food and wasn’t given everything I paid for. I tipped the driver well and explained to her I didn’t have what i paid for, she asked me if i even needed it… I paid for it? does anyone here pay for something yet not need it? I said I paid for it so yes, she said she would be right back with it. the woman never showed back up. so I called and explained to the guy that i’ve been waiting for over an hour and my food is cold. He says that there is nothing that he will do about it because i received my food. No I received food but I did not receive my order. It’s also wrong to tell a customer you will be right back and never show back up with what they pay for. I haven’t eaten since 10 am and i’ve been working for 13 hours. Very inconsiderate and the customer service here is awful. People work hard for their money and to buy pizza in today’s economy is not cheap. People aren’t perfect but reading these reviews says a lot about this locations staff. Corrupt.

Unprofessional and downright awfylul service. We filled orders in several states for all of out employees. Due to a miscommunication in our planning, payment was made late on the order. After a couple of hours trying to clear up the issues on our end, the pizzas were re-delivered to our SC sites. The pizzas they brought back were stone cols. They were the same pizzas ordered hours before hand. When I asked the delivery driver if he could remake the order so that our employees could have a hot fresh meal, he dldeclined to have the order remade.

If I could give a zero I would!!!! I called cuz I wanted someone to bring my pizza out. 2nd time they sent someone else. I called the manager and she hung up on me!!!! I use to work there so I know with some ppl they will allow that! But I guess cuz she has a problem with me it won’t happen. Her name is Nicole. She is a poor excuse for a boss!!!

I’ve had problems with this domino’s before but never ever have I had problems this big I have problems with them overcharging my card they charged my card 7 times and then told me that it was the bank’s problem I spoke with the supervisor manager named Dylan along with another manager named Leroy And it’s your name BJ and There was nothing like it do even though a charge of 23.47 cost me a $165. This establishment has definitely gone down here will definitely not be returning

If possible I’m going to include an image of the poor excuse of a pizza that was given to me. Sauce everywhere, so much so that I had to pat it off with a paper towels so my children could eat it. The pepperonis were just thrown onto some, not half of the pizza. Called & spoke a someone claiming his name is EVAN (i think its a lie) who claimed to be a manager. I also think this was a lie because he is the absolute rudest thing I’ve ever spoken to. He laughed, said the pizza was fine because he looked at it. He must be blind if he thought it was acceptable. He refused to provide contact info for the GM. He then summed it up by hanging up in my face. I will be reaching out to corporate & whoever else I can get into contact with.

Almost forget it’s there, but all the fast food places that were open late had a line, I was able to place an online order at midnight (cut off is 12:15) pizza was ready in 10 minutes, it was hot and delicious and just perfect. Even had some nice seasonings on top. Service was fantastic, really sweet people at the window. Will definitely be back. Dominoes has come a long way from what I remember. I added a photo of my beautiful large 5 topping thin crust pizza I got for only $10! I took a bite out of it, sorry, couldn’t help myself

I have always been happy with this Domino’s. Tonight was very different. I placed an order at 7:10 pm. At 8:30 pm, I called to find out what was going on and where my order was. I was put on hold forever. I hung up and called back. They finally answered and stated my order was just being put in the oven. He then explained that they had staff from another store there trying to get that store in order. He apologized and said it shouldn’t be much longer. At 9:27 pm my order arrived. The delivery person was complaining because people weren’t tipping tonight. I tipped and paid a delivery fee. People aren’t going to tip when they wait 2.5 hours for their order. I do understand things happen, it’s a holiday weekend ECT. Almost 2.5 hours though? The pizza looked like it was sitting for quite some time too. Very disappointed this time around.
