Very disappointed. We waited for almost two hours and the pizza never arrived. I placed the order at 9:20 called the store at 10pm to ask if it was on the way because the tracker wasn’t moving on the app. They told me it was about to leave the store. I called again at 11pm and asked them to cancel it because we have been waiting for so long. The guy who answered was extremely rude. And didn’t want to give me a refund and cancel the order. I will be calling in the morning and ask to speak to the store manager and calling corporate as well. I probably will never order from here again due to this unprofessionalism.

I ordered a Lg specialty pizza and BBQ wings. When my order was was delivered. I received a Lg cheese pizza. When I called the store to let them know my order was in correct. I spoke to three people before the manager got on the phone. The manager was not professional and tried to make ther error be my fault. She tried to tell me that we didn’t specify which specialty pizza. If there was multiple ones, I should have been asked when ordering. The Manger told me I have to pay additional cost. I told the manager it’s there mistake. She got upset with and she was going back and forth me, and then decided to just Send the correct item. Today is Jan 1, 2022 at 9 pm. The manager on duty need to be retrained on customer service. Without customers she would have no job. Owner of this chain need to check who you have running you operation. Poor management could cost you money.. I will no longer be ordering from your store. Poor customer service.

When placing your order, don’t do a timed order. They won’t honor the time since as they say, as soon as it comes on the screen, they have to make it. I placed an order to be delivered at 11 a.m. this morning to have it delivered 30 minutes in advance. When the employee who is currently working the shift was questioned, she made sure to quickly hang up and offered no apology when asked about the early delivery. Yeah, great job guys, way to keep customers coming back. The only reason why this location does get people coming back is because nobody else literally delivers to my street.

I was finally pleased that there was a dominos that delivered to my address. Placed my order for delivery successfully just to receive a call to tell me that they actually do not deliver to my address. I already paid for my pizza and now I have to wait 2-4 business days for my refund!! Update your system if you do not deliver to my address! Thank you

Placed pizza order today at 5:09, said it would be ready at 5:59 at 5:48 received a message that the pizza was on the way. At 6:25 we called and surprise surprise the pizza is still at the store, will be another 20 minutes…why the trickery? Waiting at the Sleep Inn for our order to drive back to our house, since they don’t deliver to the house…called back at 6:50 and sat on hold because I asked for a manager, sat on hold for over 13 minutes, no one ever took me off, the manager never came. At this point I’ve been waiting for my food for 1 hr 16 minutes at the pick up/delivery location, but in total over 2 hours. Worst customer service ever.
