Went to Chick Fil A today. First time in Louisiana. I have to say compared to Virginia they do their parking lots and drive thru right. Ample parking. Huge drive thru. It was crowded upon going in but the staff handled the crowd easily and my order was taken pretty quick. I was a bit nervous when I read other reviews about the salad however my salad was perfect. I got the Cobb Salad with ranch dressing. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was good and with all the foot traffic they did an amazing job keeping everything clean. I really enjoyed my visit and staff was courteous and great! Good job Chick Fil A!!

I stopped at this Chick-fil-A for a quick breakfast while driving through the area. Surprisingly it wasn’t very busy. I ordered the egg bites, chicken minis and a lemonade, then quickly moved to the front of the line. Once I got to the front, it took a bit longer than expected to get the food. I’ve had better egg bites at other locations (maybe because the temperature could have been a tad warmer). Also, I didn’t get the Splenda that I requested. I had to wait for the nice young lady to come back outside to flag her down to ask about it. She quickly brought the Splenda, so I was very impressed with her service. I was just disappointed in the egg bites and the fact that the Splenda wasn’t initially included.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. They forget one or more items EVERY SINGLE TIME… the food is decent just never complete. Got a meal? They forget the fries… order a salad? Get it with no meat…

I don’t think I’ve ever given less than 5 stars for any of the dozens of Chick-fil-A locations I’ve been to on vacation, but this one was noticeably slow in the drive through. We were several miles down the road before realizing we were missing a couple of items. We always check at other restaurants, but never CFA because it’s always perfect. Lesson learned.

Line in drive thru was long but that was actually the only good thing bout my visit due to the fact that the crew member who was collecting money outside was friendly. Its my order COMPLETION that has me writing this review. My 12pc nugget order w/ Dr pepper came without a straw …no napkins..and although my receipt even stated Polynesian sauce..ketchup and mayo..I got NONE OF IT. 5 people working drive thru and even with that Noone thought to even complete it b4 giving it to me. I have given this location so many chances but they ALWAYS leave out something in my order when I go through the drive through. I find it funny that when I dine in I have no issue. I got breakfast from there this morning and they didn’t put some of my food in my bag. I shouldn’t have to check behind a food business to make sure they give me what I paid for. Completely ridiculous!

I am giving two stars for the recovery but my experience at Chick-fil-A today was seriously horrible. We went to this location on Wednesday and it wasn’t great but we decided to go back to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Today was worse than the last visit! We went in and the cashier was very nice but very inexperienced and unsure of how to ring things up. After our order was placed we sat down and when our order was brought out I opened my Cobb salad and put all of the dressing on and noticed there were no eggs. So I went to the cashier and told her where she rolled her eyes and apologized (not being rude to be but seeming embarrassed that happened) and then told another lady. This lady then turned and asked me what was wrong. I told her there were no eggs on my Cobb salad and she asked, “do you want eggs?” So I said “yes, I ordered a Cobb salad.” She then responded, “so do you want eggs?” When I said yes, she turned and told the woman in the back cooking and she rolled her eyes, I waited 3-4 minutes, and she came back and literally threw the container on the counter. The other woman grabbed it and held it out toward me but never looked in my direction or said anything at all. Once I took it, there were three slices of boiled eggs in there… like a third of an egg. I go back and start eating my salad which tasted off… I start moving the lettuce around and it was all browned and wilted. Minutes later one of the Chick-fil-A managers must have noticed I was frustrated so she came by and asked was everything okay, she was so nice and replaced my salad with nuggets but the experience was already pretty sour. Half of the staff had decent customer service skills and wanted to try but the other half didn’t seem like they cared one way or the other. Just rude and the food was not good. Also, they were out of kids toys and must have had some kind of issue with eggs considering their stinginess with the boiled eggs. We will not be back to this location unless anytime soon.

Ordered my food on the app and picked up drive thru. The service was friendly but the food was awful. The fries were soggy and saturated with grease. The Polynesian sauce tasted nasty. The chicken was so so… for the price of this meal total disappointment. I added a few photos of the grease fries
