I must admit that while not a huge fan of the Bell, the primary reasons why I come to this location is the proximity to my job, the speed of service, and the customer service received. There is a lady here (blue tinted hair) that is hands down the best fast food employee I have ever met. I believe she inspires the younger folks here to also be as good. But for those Bell fans I can say that you will never get bad service or cold food. They have touch less delivery to your person, curbside, in at the drive thru. Orders are exactly as ordered, each and every time. Great job, and if in the area, please give them a visit.

I just had to sit through a 4 hour iron infusion and was hungry afterwards plus the fact I needed to eat something so I decided that I was in the mood for tacos and this Taco Bell was on my way home so I decided to get me something on my way home plus I was in the mood for tacos. Going through the drive thru at any place is always a win lose or draw when it comes to your order because they know you won’t look at your food until you get to a place to eat it and they know that 9 times out of 10 that your not going to come all the way back and complain or ask for the one item your missing and so forth. Of course with technology now we can complain on here about food and service and the employees very seldom know about the complaints but I’m glad that we can help future customers out. Now that being said I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and a burrito supreme and I went home. The young lady at the drive thru was nice but couldn’t get it that I wanted extra sour cream on my burrito supreme so I stopped trying to get it across and just said yes 2 tacos and a burrito supreme. I would of and should of taken pictures but I had to get something in me because I was getting sick but my tacos had more lettuce then it did meat or cheese and my burrito supreme and yes I did say supreme a lot while ordering it just so they knew it was a supreme and not just a burrito but I might as well have saved money and got just the regular burrito since mine had a lot of beans and a tiny bit of meat, no cheese and a small amount of lettuce and tomato and no sour cream. I even asked for hot sauce which I did get one pack for all 3 items. What happened to Taco Bell, I’ve never ever had food like this from them. Was it just this location or all locations. Their standards have gone down hill when it comes to food quality and it’s so not worth the price. Next time I’ll either go somewhere else or just stop at the store so I can make my own and know what I’m getting. It’s going to be a while before I decide to stop at Taco Bell again.

We went through the drive thru and we forgot to order a drink so we asked the guy if he could add a drink in the back we could see the manager give a stank face because we added it late and then when we got the drink it wasn’t filled up all the way and then we went inside to use the bathroom and decided to get a refill we got one and the same manager that gave us a stank face yelled at us saying we couldn’t if she would’ve told us nicely then we would’ve understand but it was the way she said it to us yelling. $18.57 (without tax) for this. An incomplete OLD chicken quesadilla, 2 tacos that had the bottoms completely SOGGY and missing, and the new Brisk Dragon drink with absolutely NO TASTE. I could add the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes that were ice cold and stale as well, don’t get me started on the #6 meal that had 2 chalupas with 3 pieces of chicken in them each. Disrespectful, non professional, and overall, just plain lazy. I literally live down the street, you can basically see my house from the restaurant, so this is not in question if it was fresh upon leaving.

I went through the drive thru. The person taking my order was very friendly. The young man at the window was sweet. They got my order right since I didn’t want sour cream or cheese on a few things for my husband, which he enjoyed. My nachos were good as well.
