Personally haven’t eaten at this location yet. But I do Doordash and pick up a lot of food from here. Customer service is a 10, place is ALWAYS clean, and never have to wait for the food too long. One time I had to pick up a huge order from there and they had it all ready before the time for me to pick it up (they are fast) 10/5 I would say this is the best Wingstop in all of Cobb overall

Placed a very large order that was $240.05. The food quality was horrible, undercooked, cold. They left out extra dipping sauce I paid for. Called to let them know food quality & missing items. Nothing but attitude received. I want a refund. This is the worst place & food. Use to be good.

I placed my order on the WS app for this location. I verified 2 times that I had the right location before placing the order. The wait time for my order was 15-20 minutes. I waited 10 minutes before heading to the restaurant. I got to the restaurant 21 mins after the order had been placed, and I waited patiently for the manager to ask me the name on my order. When he was free, he asked me for my name. I gave him my name and he said it wasn’t ready. They were very busy, so I was not surprised or upset. I waited another 3-5ish minutes, and he asked me for my name again. He looked through the to go orders and went to the kitchen and came back and went through the orders on the screen. He came back and asked if the order was under a different name. I pulled up the order in the app with the order number and my name, to which he replied I need to see the email confirmation. The email confirmation had the same information as the order details, so I wasn’t sure why he needed the email. I had to pull up Chrome on my phone and log into Gmail. My 2 factor authentication was not working, to which I told the gentleman I couldn’t get into my email, and he repeated his statement. Finally, I got into my email account and pulled up the confirmation email. He went back to the POS and reprinted a ticket and told me it would be another 25-30 minutes. I asked why is it going to be another 25-30. He replied, “We’re busy, and there are tickets in front of your order.” To which I reminded him of how long I have already waited and that my order was placed before all those orders. I asked for my order to be bumped since they lost it or gave it away, and he said they could not do that. I waited 53 minutes, and the manager never apologized or cared about making anything right. Will never do business with WingStop after being treated this poorly.

We’ve been coming to this location for a while. The last couple of times our order is not the best. We ask for well done wings and they never are. The fries are cold and over seasoned every time. The wings don’t have enough sauce in them. Wish the quality was what it used to be.

Delivery came, we ordered a 30 pk of wings with fries, veggies and comes with 3 sauces for the wings. We never received any dipping sauce or the veggie sticks. Manager just said we could drive all the way up there to get them or there’s nothing else they can do…at least a credit to the account would have been sufficient even if they couldn’t have the driver come back for the rest of our over $50 order. We won’t be ordering from here again because of this. Not good business.
