The manager here today August 21st, 2023, clearly is taking out her life frustrations out on me. I called home just to make sure I was getting the correct sandwich. Please know that this manager was listening to me and repeated what I asked for, ” I just need a regular baconator no combo”. Well I got the son of a baconator and came back for my refund. This is what I experienced. Very unprofessional.

The building is older so it definitely needs more up keep and updates in general however the employees can’t help that, they can only do so much. The manager , I didn’t happen to get her name, was super professional and very polite. Considering I asked for ketchup and I did infact completely miss it on the eat in counter, and instead of telling me I missed it she just grabbed me some. Haha! Sorry. Also filled up my drink for me. Too kind!

Went inside to place my order I drive a big truck. Could here crying in the back. A employee had there kid in the office?I did make a joke about it and I know that we all try our best with our kids hopefully this doesn’t happen all the time. My food had a spicey chicken nugget with the others not a good taste when you didn’t expect it,my drink was warm and melted the Ice by the time I started eating might be time to fix equipment.

I placed an online order for pick in the cafe. When I got there the cafe was closed. I got in the drive through but the line didn’t move at all and I needed to get back to work. I called and asked them if I could get my order. They got the worst attitude and refused to give me my food and when I asked for a refund they hung up on me. I went back later and they lied and said they never got my order but when I went earlier they said they had it. They eventually completely ignored me through the drive through and told me I was just trying to get something for free. I still don’t have my food or my refund. These people are so rude I’ve never had an experience like this before. Unbelievable

Absolutely TRASH employee at the window. Told us Tim Hortons was open when we asked for the new frosty that’s only served in the morning (didn’t know) then I get to the window and she holds her hand out saying nothing. Closes the window then grabs the frostys. The lids weren’t even on and she never spoke a word even when leaving. Absolute trash to match the trash nails. Can’t wait to speak with corporate in the morning. Disgusting customer service.

Sat in the drive through for almost twenty minutes with only one other car in front of me. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, no tomatoes, extra cheese, extra pickles…get home, the sandwich is nothing but bread and chicken!!! I call, the “manager” gets smart and says she wasn’t at the register when she rang up my order and didn’t charge me for the cheese so why am I upset? Then hung up and said she wasn’t refunding me! Rude, slow, incompetent staff.

Went inside for lunch and the manager had just quit and walked out. One woman was trying to handle drive-up and the counter. After getting my order (chef salad-15 min.) I sat in the dining room and had to listen to all the employees bickering with one another. I decided to top-off my beverage before leaving and there was no ice in the machine and the soda was flat. The restaurant did not appear to be well kept and clean. Afterwards, I spent the next 24-hours sitting on the toilet! You might want to avoid this location and the Oakland County Health Department needs to do an inspection.

Hands down the worst service I ever got. The older woman that took over our order changed, so it was 20 bucks more than when the first young lady had rung me up for. When I asked her at the window, why did it go from just over 20 bucks to almost 40. She said I’m not repeating myself and just gave me the recipe. I was very upset that she couldn’t even be bothered with speaking with I paid and left only because I didn’t want me to be upset to affect the people behind me.

$4.09 for burnt sausage patty on a slider bun. The Wendy’s we all knew growing up is dead and gone. Some will blame covid. Some will blame $15 minimum wage in industries that cannot support it.. Some will blame Biden’s inflation and supply chain disaster. Those things may have finished them off but the decline has started years ago.

First off, there’s a morning manager (Michael I think) that is great! But, this place is hanging on by a thread… They usually only have 1 worker and it’s impossible for them to offer quality service. You will wait a very long time in drive-thru, they might not be able to fulfill you app order, the credit card machine could be down, and the dining area have been open in over 3 years. The building and parking lot look like something out of the Walking Dead and will most likely be condemned soon. RIP Wendy’s, hoping after they bulldoze the building they’ll put up a functioning fast food restaurant.
