I ordered my pizza and was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to get my pizza. Quiet a few people came in 10-15 minutes AFTER me and they all walked right up to the counter to get the exact order as mine and walked out with their food in hand. After the 5th person doing this I finally asked them when I might be able to get my order. They said “oh yeah what did you want again?/”Who are you?””-Like I wasn’t sitting directly in front of them for over 30 minutes. To top this horrible experience off when I got home and started making plates for my family ALL 4 OF THE PIZZAS WERE RAW. The dough strung how cheese is supposed to.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most sweetest smile! I was embarrassed bcuz I didn’t think she was even talking to me till I walked up to register..when we make our customers feel appreciated and acknowledged and most importantly important!!! I’ve had bad food and or drinks, but service was superb!!!! I tip big!!

The Extramostbestest Italian Sauage they tell you about vs the one you actually get (subtracting the 4 or 5 pieces I picked already. Ordered a 3 Meat also that was similar. Didn’t complain too much about it because I was soo hungry.

Horrible service! A staff that knows your name and tells you your order isn’t ready so you sit down. You have to find out on your own that they placed your pizza in the customer service oven (the one that requires a passcode). These people couldn’t give a **** about you!

I whe to the store and I buy 1 pepperoni. And the cashier charge me a extra $ 1 dollars because she can’t give me change from $50. The pizza was 7.99$ and she charge me 8.99$. 1 $ for Caser Dip. And she didn’t give me nothing. Just the pizza her name is Blanca H. Jul.3.2023. At 3:23 P.M. order 5017602

Our pizzas say on the counter for about 10 mins while we waited for our number to be called. It seemed like they were short handed and a lot of confusion with the orders.

I just left from the most terrible, most time wasting experience. I walked in and simply asked for a pepperoni pizza. The ones they have ready-to-go in the warmer. The young woman who took my order is on face time, literally on her phone. Not trying to hide it or anything. She’s wearing earphones. Her phone up to her face. She’s at the register and I’m there waiting at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge my existence. She finishes her last sentence on her face time and puts the phone down. Now she sees me. I tell her my order and we sit there staring at one another. She has a blank stare. After seconds pass by of us just staring at each other, she asks me to repeat my order. She was probably listening to the phone call instead of me due to her still wearing the earphones. She finally takes my order. I wait 25 min and I witness her continue to do this to other customers. On face time in between taking orders. She’s absolutely distracted and not focused on the job. During my 25 min waiting time, I witness 2 different customers come in and ask for a simple pepperoni pizza. She reaches into the warmer storage and quickly hands them a ready-to-go pizza. I walk up to the counter and ask, “Can I please get my order.” No apology or anything. They reach into the warmer storage, hand me my pizza, and I leave. The young gentleman in the back is also wearing earphones and he’s on the phone talking to someone as well. There were 3 other employees besides these two and no one stopped to tell them anything. They must be the ones in charge if they can break rules and nobody stops them. Nevertheless, I don’t want anyone to get fired or reprimanded. This review is simply for the public to see so they are given a heads up on what type of service to expect when you walk into this establishment. I hope this review helps.

I noticed today, that they were not using gloves. Other than that, I would’ve given them a 5 stars
