My wife and I love KFC. The chicken is the best around. My only complaint is that the dining room is not open all day. We like to sit in the dining room to eat and have access to the restrooms when we finish eating. The drive through is very good to, but when you come to town to go shopping, you don’t want eat in your car with food in your lap.

I like this particular KFC mainly because the staff is all adults who seem to care. The food is properly prepared and served hot. The atmosphere- KFC is not about the ambience. Dining in is comfortable. The parking lot looks like it has been the subject of a bombing run by weaponized drones- craters everywhere! Do not take the Ferrari.

KFC in Moncks Corner try to phone in and place an order was told they don’t take orders over the phone. Try to use the app could not make it work. Went through the drive up and ordered a bucket of 16 pieces of chicken dark and was told they don’t do that even though it’s on the menu. Enough red flags moved on to Bojangles. At Bojangles they told me I can mix and match any combination that I want. Best way to do business never say no to a customer they will never come back

It seems that customer service is a thing of the past with most fast food places but the last handful of times we’ve visited this KFC, customer service has been outstanding! Drivethru is fast, food is delicious & everyone at that window is ALWAYS friendly & quick. Way to go Moncks Corner KFC! It’s nice to have SOMEWHERE to go in this town!

I stopped at the drive thru last night (05/18/23) at 1740. I asked the young lady taking the order “How many chicken breasts do you have cooked?” Instead of answering my question she asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted to order an 8 piece with chicken breasts. She proceeds to tell me I cannot order an 8 piece with all chicken breasts. I responded, “Oh yes I can. There’s an upcharge per breast.” I have been ordering 8 & 16 piece meals with all breasts for over 40 years. I have never had anyone in any state, across the nation, tell me that it’s not allowed. As the young lady became irate and lost her composure (I could hear her yelling “You can’t have what you want!”) A gentleman started speaking and said that he might be able to add one or two more breasts to my meal but adding 8 was not possible. I asked him, “How many do you have cooked.” He refused to answer, again repeating himself that he could add one or two extra but that’s it and if I wanted more than that I would have to call ahead. I would like to note this particular store doesn’t allow for custom orders online. Now, still not having my question answered of how many breasts they had available and listening to the extremely rude “young lady” continuing on her tirade, I will never stop at this store again. There are plenty more on my drive and none of the others have ever been so obstinate and disrespectful. The gentleman was never disrespectful. This was going to be a very large order, feeding 6 people, usually runs about 200.00 by the time I am done. However, because I abhor fighting for food, I went elsewhere.

Stopped for a late lunch with the kids, their choice. Lobby was empty and place was fully staffed. A few cars through the drive through. The staff was very friendly. Our order was filled very quickly and perfectly. The lobby is only open certain hours but accessible for lunch and early dinner.

Not busy at all in dining room but drive thru constant so chicken was fresh. Ordered three piece meal, French fries and gravy, and green beans. I had time to be seated, take off my hat, and settle before they were there with my meal. Best meal l’d had for a couple days, no complaints! Manager hired one and trained one while l was there so things are getting better or are still good in fast food industry…

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t give you time to order. Then, as you trying to order she tells you, you can continue to drive thru because she doesn’t have time to wait on you to decide what’s the best deal for your budget. The greatest part is the food was fresh and hot! She gave no receipt. We even asked for corporate or the boss number and was told to call the 1800#!!!
