Ordered a pizza and wings from here at 12:59 PM, delivery was going to be 30-40 minutes with an estimate of 1:34 PM, around 1:50 PM I get a text saying updated delivery time of 2:35 PM. I called the store to see what the delay was about and was told they don’t have enough delivery drivers and they needed to have DoorDash deliver it, assuring me it would get there earlier that 2:35 PM…it didn’t arrive until around 2:40 PM and the food was cold and no longer fresh. I understand there is a shortage of workforce but it would’ve been nice for the girl to comp the wings or give $10 off or something small for the inconvenience of having to wait and eat cold food.

Worst experience ever! I walked into the Pizza Hut and a guy had no gloves on! He proceeded to cook the pizza touching all topping without gloves. Not once did he wash his hands. He even picked something up off the floor. I literally got sick to my stomach. I was so scared to eat the pizza that I told my friend that I would pay him to throw the pizza away! Stay away!.

I’ve reached out on 3 occasions to address the issues I had with my last order. Each contact I made was deflected with a call the GM in the morning. The last attempt resulted in a what if it’s the same woman that keeps calling for the manager oh it is it is and then I’m put on hold. Not a good sign of customer appreciation at all. My big box order was not up to pizza hut standard not even teenage boy standards. The wings where rubbery and under cooked the pizza seemed more aligned with precooked little Caesars but the real disappointment was in how it’s been handled. I prefer to spend money with establishments that strive to provide a fair trade of goods for money, as opposed to whatever money grab they got going on here. I wanted my order replaced now I just want a refund and a public apology.

I’m just sitting here watching a young man prepping my pizza and I’m not sure if he washed his hands or at least used hand sanitizer, but definitely not using disposable gloves. I’m not in a mood to cause a scene, but it’s just another reason why I don’t trust fast food restaurants. I literally threw that contaminated pizza at the nearest gas station trash bin and went over and bought a gyro instead. Smdh!

This is certainly not the 1st instance I’ve been dissatisfied, I’ve just never said anything until now. Aside from the fact I’ve had missing items on occasion and food made incorrectly today my beef is with the way the food is delivered. I always check the box for the delivery driver to leave the food at the front door and not for health reasons but bc of my dog barking his head off and trying to charge out the front door. It’s just MUCH easier for everyone involved if the food is left on the porch and go get it once the delivery driver has left. I’d really appreciate it if you could tell your drivers to follow the delivery instructions bc its there for a reason. Thanks.

The food was good an arrived in a decent amount of time. I ordered cheese sticks, wings and a 2 liter for my lunch at work. The cheese sticks were kind of warm when I got them. Didnt get a chance to get to the wkngs yet. The delivery driver was rude, didn’t say anything, not one word. Seemed very annoyed and angry. Handed me my items one at a time and just walked away. If I could have changed the tip I definitely would have given him way less!

Hands down the worst “Pizza Hut” pizza. It was delived dry and crisp like a cracker. It looked like it was cooked hours before we ordered. Even I ur dog wouldn’t eat it. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER FROM PIZZA HIT…THE WORST PIZZA EVER!!!
