Despite there being no one in line or inside, they got our order wrong and the sandwiches were cold. They remade them and the temp was barely better. They acted put out to have to remake them. Another nugget pack was straight up cold, fries were old, and no plastic ware for the famous bowl. For being on the highway where many people passing throw stop, you’d think they’d take more pride in their store and show a bit of hospitality and care. Maybe take notes from Chick-fil-A… 10x busier and almost always fresh, right and the employees are actually kind.

The rude and disrespectful girl at the drive thru needs a course on customer service. So unprofessional not from this area we are just driving through. She was literally screaming from the drive thru as we are pulling out like a crazy person. She wanted a thank you which made no sense after the way she treated us as customers. Honestly unnecessary.

I regularly go to KFC in Grove, Claremore and Pryor. This Pryor location is horrible. Their service has bordered on rude everytime I have gone there. They claim not to have the same items that I purchase from the other 2 stores on a regular basis. Their chicken is greasy. I have complained to the 800# twice with no follow up by the company

The stupid girl at the drive through said to me that I didn’t order the mashed potato and gravy lol she said that’s not what I ordered lying When you order an eight piece, it should be common sense if you don’t want coleslaw to give an extra mashed potato and gravy and she said that’s not what I ordered and it is what I ordered, she didn’t pay attention to what I said, but I did talk to the manager and he was super nice and I told him that he needs to retrain his drive-through girl because she’s rude as heck. See you standing at the front counter talking to me and a customer pulled up and drive-through and she left me standing there and told me that she had to get the drive-through customer when I was a customer at front that she should’ve dealt with first. And she stood at the front counter in argued with me I mean, that’s not very professional at all. She needs to be fired.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I moved here 3 summers ago and I’m buying for a family of 4. Never once have I ever received my food without waiting at least 8 minutes, never received a correct order the first time, never received food from a polite person with a smile, and by the time I get back to the house, it’s all cold, every time. I always just tell myself, they are having a bad day, or I wouldn’t smile for minimum wage either. I microwave the food and go back because it’s kfc, right! But, yesterday was my final straw. I pull up to the window at 11:30, there are a few cars. I order a 12 piece chicken tender meal, with 2 sides and extra biscuits. The young woman on the intercom starts getting rude and arguing with me that the tender meal comes with 3 sides and I NEED to pick another one. Literally all I said was it only comes with 2 and she was so rude I should have drove off then. I couldn’t believe she was acting this way! I got to the window and she is a child so I excuse the behavior. She then barks at me they have no biscuits and I will have to wait 10 minutes. By now, I have no patience because I have been verbally abused by this teenager and asked for the money back for the extra biscuits. Then an old woman that I assumed was the owner, because no human being in the service industry trying to make a living would SCREAM at another human being like that over a few dollars. I guess they have so much business from the highway it doesn’t matter how they treat locals. Which sucks, because KFC has been one of my favorite fast food places since a child. I hate being run out.

I normally drive through, they always get my orders wrong, like leaving items off my orders. They suggest I come back for missing items, but I’m 15 miles away from the store. I would hate driving 30 miles more an order of mashed potatoes ore Cole slaw.

We love KFC’s food… when they get it right. I had to wait a short time for a 12-piece tender family meal, but it was lunch and a busy time. The wait was worth it – the chicken, biscuits, fries, and mac ‘n cheese were all fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked! I took off 1 star because they forgot our dipping sauces, but every time I go to a KFC anywhere in the country, they always forget something – at least it wasn’t the chicken this time! This particular experience was great!
