The dining room was closed, due to a lack of staff. So we took our food to go. It was so good! Their menu has a lot of things I want to try. The portions were smaller than I expected, but the prices are only $9-$13, so I guess I shouldn’t have expected huge portions!! I hope they get fully staffed soon, because the dining area was spacious and clean, and I like dine-in better than carryout!

I was extremely disappointed in my last visit to this Noodles & Company. After realizing that the two entrees I purchased did not have chicken on them (after being charged an extra $6 dollars for chicken), I called to ask what my options were (since I had already driven home). When I called, the employee who answered said I would need to speak to the manager and that I “shouldn’t expect a full refund”– just a refund for the forgotten chicken. I let her know I would still like to speak with the manager, and was hung up on. Thinking this was a mistake, I called back and heard the employee pick up the phone and hang up again. Finally, on the third call I mentioned that I was hung up on twice, and was given no explanation why and wordlessly put on hold for the manager.

They were out of a few items, but customer service was fantastic and the food was cooked to perfection. They had been closed for a bit after staffing issues (from what I heard) and the new group was great in my first visit after their re-opening.

I ordered a to go meal with NO shrimp due to an allergy and once I had gotten to work and opened my dish they did not pay attention to removing the shrimp. I called and spoke with manager BRIAN on the same day ( Nov. 22nd) and he said he would make it right by mailing out coupons that day. Still waiting for this to be made “right”. I’m glad I pay attention to what I order, since mistakes this big do not seem to be the concern of a the manager.
