This location is not convenient. They frequently get online, drive thru, and in-lobby orders incorrect. I understand Jimmy John’s is supposed to be “Freaky Fast, Freaky Good”. But it is neither fast, nor good, to get our orders incorrect so frequently.

Homestead At Last
When I returned my sandwich cause it had cheese in it and I ordered no cheese, the manager hastily threw the whole untouched sandwich in the garbage like how dare I return perfectly good food. Well how about this, when you mess up sandwiches which after meeting you I’m sure it happens often, return them to the customer or feed your employees or somebody instead of trashing it. On another note, their sandwich prices are too much for the portion size.

Won’t do a online order ever again! Seems they can’t get the orders correct even after placing a online order, calling them, explaining the last delivery time the order was wrong, please double check and make sure its correct, I was told it would be correct, they still got it wrong!!! That’s right, 2 different orders, both online, and both times incorrect! 1st time was chips and a drink, it wasnt the wrong product, I didn’t get the stuff, this time they left the product off the sandwich, it’s in black and white what was supposed to be on the sandwich. This isn’t just a one sandwich order, 1st order was almost 100 bucks, this order was only 55 bucks because they couldn’t get the chips and drinks correct the first time, and I didn’t wanna waste my money on paying for it on this delivery, and not receiving it. I don’t think I would have been half upset about this had I not called in and explained, “the last time I ordered you forgot items, please double check and make sure my order is correct” he assured me that it will be correct, and it wasn’t.

So glad they opened a Jimmy John’s here. Far better than subway and around the same price. I do wish their delivery would go further out but I don’t mind driving to pick it up. Easy order on the app and always ready for pickup when I get there.

25 minute wait in ther drive thru with no other cars for a Turkey and cheese sandwhich. Then they forgot my pickle. The sandwhich had a single layer of meat and just enough cheese to say it had cheese on it. Ridiculous for the price they charged. I won’t return.

Don’t listen at all. First time going to this location. Ordered 3 sandwhich combos 2 of which were wrong. Asked if i wanted cheese on my sandwhich, told them no. They charged me for cheese, and guess what no cheese on it. The other sandwhich i ordered the gargantuan. I order this sandwhich specifically because it doesn’t have tomato. Open it up and low and behold tomato. I shouldn’t have to say no tomato on a sandwhich that isn’t even supposed to have them.. So charged for cheese against my request and didn’t get it. Then got tomato on a sandwich that doesn’t have tomato. 40 bucks for 3 sandwich combos and 2/3 of it was wrong.

Fantastic customer service. Reluctantly called 10 minutes before they closed, which is always a gamble. To our surprise, we were happily greeted and encouraged to swing by for our takeout. Staff was friendly and smiling. Will be coming back!
