The burgers are great here, fries are mediocre, but what I don’t like at all is how they will not look at any additives or substitutions. Most other locations will ensure I’ve gotten extra pickles or lettuce as requested but this location does not. Even additions that you pay for (ex. I added hot fudge to a McFlurry which is a .30 cent up charge), they will not add. Although it doesn’t seem like much, those cents do add up over time. If you go to this location, only order menu items and DO NOT pay for extra things that they won’t include.

Good afternoon, ok 3 cars in front of me drive thru. We order, we wait, we wait, we wait, we pay, we wait Taran we get our food. We check our food all in a bag, we get home to eat ahhh, it’s cold, cold soft drink, cold fries, cold burger, and non crispy cold chicken nuggets…. For McDonalds this was one of the worst! Saturday June 3rd at 9pm. Fries took forever and fish filet was over cooked. The person taking the order did not seem to be knowledgable. Will AVOID this one in the future.

Clean and tidy. Not too noisy like the one on West Valley. This one is a bit smaller but i like it more. However, all Shakes Sundays and frappuccino and etc were out of order, disappointing. The staffs are helpful. Restroom is clean.

Went thru the drive thru, Im waiting close 10 minutes to order while to my right 5 cars already order and move foward before i had even spoke to anybody, after having to repeat my order multiple times to get correct I pay and only to come home to see my order was wrong. The drink wasn’t large, but the burger had onions and that was not cool.

I got my breakfast here today and I ordered through the app. And saved up my points for a large caramel frappe and I was really excited. When it was my turn to pick up my order they let me know that they didn’t have frappes today. I was pretty bummed, but I was even more bummed when I found out they couldn’t refund my points on the app that I saved up. They offered me another drink but I wasn’t interested. And while I wasn’t a huge Karen about it, I was pretty whiny and miserable and I could have been more gracious because I think it’s really unfair the McDonald’s corporate has this app and it seems like no one has any responsibility for it. We mash the buttons and the people at the restaurant are just supposed to sort it out the best they can and then they have to deal with us even though they can’t do anything about the app. Between being short staffed since covid and having to deal with all the drama from the app, I really feel for the people who work there and I wish I had been kinder.
