This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The black woman at the register told me to hurry up and pay before my sandwich was even prepped. The gentleman grabbing the bread from the warmer wiped his nose before cutting the bread and spreading the bun so I asked him not to touch the bread and change his gloves. The woman at the register told me to hurry up and pay. I was clueless as to why I needed to pay first before asking for my sandwich. I said I can pay when he makes my sandwich. She said I can pay or have a nice day. I chose the nice day and she started cursing us out. We were a party of three. And we were the only people in subway. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

What I experienced here today was simply disgusting. Both hygienically and ethically speaking. I visited this restaurant at about 4:30 ~ 5:00PM August 4th, 2022. I only came in to charge my phone, but figured I would get something to support the establishment since I would be using the outlet. As I was deciding on what to order the customer ahead of me ordered 2 sandwhiches, he was male about 6ft tall or so. While he was speaking to the woman, first second wrapped anf bagged, the second sandwhich was on top of the food counter, unwrapped and exposed. Which is understandable. This is the disturbing part. A large black fly lands on the customer’s second sandwhich (the one that is exposed) The coworker, a white male with a Mohawk and tattoos sees the fly on top of the sandwhich, and swats it away. I watch him swat it away. At which point he walks to the backroom, and I assume that he is going change gloves and remake the sandwhich. However, he packs the sandwhich up, bags it and hands it to the customer. I did not say anything in the moment because I wanted to give the employee the chance to do the right thing. But he didn’t. He didn’t tell the customer, let alone offer to remake the sandwhich. The man paid $26 and some change for his food. I followed him shortly after to let him know DISCREETLY what had happened. He then went back inside to inquire about the situation. The employees LIED to the customer, then lied to me, accused me of trespassing and called the authorities. After an exchange of words between me and the customers (I hurled no profanties) they made disreputable and disrespectful comments about my attire, my hair, and the way I smelled. Saying I couldn’t afford anything and that was the reason I was starting trouble. This is after I purchased a drink mind you. The employees then told me the cameras had audio and were listening to everything I said, I WAS ELATED. “play the cameras back” I told them, to which their response was laughter. At that point I has tried calling the corporate office (I now know the number has been disconnected) shortly after authorities arrived, and asked me to leave, I complied without incident. Every word I have taken the time wo write here is true. We are at the tail end of global pandemic which has claimed many lives. I believe it is only fair that an insect who is known to spend its time around feces, spit, vomit and waste, should not be permitted to land on a paying customers food without their knowledge. Let me be clear. I no longer want a refund. I have already reached out to corporate. And will be contacting the Department of enviormental health first thing in morning as instructed by a rep on the city’s help center hotline. IF you do eat here don’t take your eyes off your food.

(appears to be)New Management = bad service. There seems to be a whole new team over the last few months. The new staff are not trained well. a manager or experienced worker rudely cut me off and told me to wait while he abruptly stopped helping me to answer a team members question – it was more of the tone that was rude, not the actual action of helping a co-worker. I asked for my bacon crispy, which has never been a problem before, and he told me that after one time if he put it back in that it would burn. Totally not true because I have seen them put it back in for 3 times before and I would hope that you could stop the cooking process part way through.

This Subway is around the corner from my job but instead of going to this one, i walk almost a mile to another location because service is consistently so bad. Employees have bad attitudes, dont smile, are aggressive and whilst eating in once, i witnessed the most disgusting half ass cleaning job on the floors and tables. Employees also consistently dont know how to make the sandwhiches. Forgetting 1 of the only 3 meats required for your sandwhich and things like that. Bread also is consistently stale, ripping apart at the fold so that none of your toppings remain on the “sandwhich”. Ive given this location multiple opportunities to redeem themselves but everytime i leave even more pissed than before.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. First when I ordered a second sandwich the worker shook his head and told me to order it with the first one next time. Then he got mad and locked the door so no more customers would come in, and the icing on the cake he was talking to his friends on the phone while he was making my sandwich. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to.

Dirty tables every time I have come in here, and then today they didn’t change their gloves after wrapping up a messy order. I didn’t get extra toppings because I didn’t want her touching my food any more than needed. May never return. Must be a training location.
