Exceptionally clean place with lots of indoor seating. They have several different types of chairs to fit everyone – barstools, big chairs, hassocks, regular chairs. They always play soothing instrumental jazz. I once had a problem where the app abruptly ended and I wasn’t sure if I had paid or not. They couldn’t resolve it, so they gave me the food with a smile and said don’t worry, just come back.

The morning shift manager is racist against black people and is very rude. I called the regional manager to complain and the regional manager said “I know her, she’s not racist.” Even if she’s not racist, the regional manager should have told her to adjust her attitude towards customers.

I’m a regular of this fast food chain, stopped by toward the end of the breakfast hours. While the line still had someone in front of me, I pulled out the app, got the coffee coupon ready. By the time it was my turn, the coupon disappeared. The server at the register didn’t know what to do, and she brought out the manager. It was not peak hours or busy at all. The manager, a middle-aged woman, acted like being bothered, blamed my app, and device, I felt like being blamed too. She asked me to wait a few minutes for the app to refresh. I was concerned a few minutes might turn into more minutes, and who had more minutes for a quick bite, she knew the situation was legit and not trying to think outside the box or override it. With her grouchy face and kept lingering, I decided to get the hell out of there!

8/14/2022. My order number was 124. I ordered around 10:45 – 11:00 AM. Had a larger order but my part was the Sausage, Egg Biscuit with added cheese and bacon for an extra charge. Forgot the sausage. Asked if they could redo it, they stopped serving breakfast right after my order and said no. If I wanted a refund I had to do the entire order. Told them to just refund my biscuit and apparently that was fine. They only refunded me for the base products. Not even the extra charges AND I had to give the food back to get the refund. The shift manager in charge took my original receipt and when I asked for it back she states I never gave it to her. There were other things stated that were rude but decided to mention this because it was icing on the cake. I stopped McDonald’s because I only like their breakfast and I am always too late. I happen to have moved nearby so got there while they were still serving breakfast and of course the one time haha. It’s fine, there are other restaurants in the same plaza. That was just my sign from above to finally let go lol

Ever since the pandemic, the lines at McDonald’s have become insane. They can’t even keep up with the line they have, but they will split it into and have you sit there twice as long for that order. I spend them as much in gas as I do for the food now. What’s even more irritating, to get stuck in the line when you’re just there to buy a coffee, and they tell you the machine doesn’t work. But you’re stuck between cars and have to sit in the line for 15 minutes before you can get out. It’s insane! And they will have people pull out and wait for their order, but not when you’re stuck in their line. No respect for your time. Not even on the holiday.
