I dont mind the wait because i know my food is fresh. I assume there will always be a 15-20min wait when i go out to any fast food. My poor planning isnt someone elses problem. This panda express actually gives out a full-size portion. Most other pandas are stingy

My hubby and I went in on Saturday night at 9:30pm. They close at 10pm. I walked in and they had orders waiting to put food in them next to the fried rice. The chow main had only 1/2 scoop of mostly cabbage and hardly any noodles. I asked if those orders sitting there are waiting for more food to be made. The ladys response was “this is all the food thats left for the night we’re not making anymore”. There wasn’t even enough food to serve both my hubby and I. It was 30 min before they closed and there was 1/2 scoop of Orange Chicken, 1/2 scoop chow main and 1/2 scoop fried rice nothing else. My hubby and I walked out to go eat somewhere else. Then I went back before work on Friday showed up at 10am. They open at 9:30. The only things they had ready was chow main, orange chicken, kung pow chicken and rice. THATS IT! I ordered the orange chicken and super greens which I had to wait for 5 min for and the chickens temp was cool. Not warm not cold but cool. I didn’t eat it and threw it away because I was nervous that I would get food poisoning due to it being cool. I dont know what the deal is but if I was the owner I would have my employees open at least 30 min earlier than what they are doing now if they cant manage to have the food ready when opening and the food isn’t even hot. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! I’m reporting to the health department as well for food temp. Who know what other violations they are gonna have. STAY TUNED EVERYONE! BECAUSE AS SOON AS I GET A VIOLATION REPORT BACK I WILL BE POSTING IT HERE FOR YOU CUSTOMERS.

I’m in law enforcement and got my break to eat and went in at 20 minutes to close nothing on display case but sweet and sour chicken and a few other scrapes not edible. Asked to have made some pepper chicken and mushroom chicken since there was none. Girl told me they close in 10 minutes I corrected her and said it’s 20 minutes. I saw they had kitchen torn apart cleaning it. I asked to get store number and managers name. This girl said it’s store 778 and she was the manager. I told her I was going to file complaint and she said she would now make it. I thanked her and walked out knowing the kitchen was apart and wouldn’t be able to get it done on 20 minutes. Horrible customer service and not very cop friendly. Took my business next door

We order orange chicken and rice plates, at Thomas and dysart. The orange super salty, and burned l, the rice was awful did not taste like anything, bad quality and bad taste. What happen to this place! Will never buy again wasted my money and time!

Arrived today around 1 and there still wasn’t really any food ready. Orange chicken was about 5 minutes of waiting not many options yet. I will say the chow mein probably tasted better than I’ve ever had but everything else wasn’t good. Make matters worse the person taking orders really couldn’t understand or speak English. I was waiting for Orange chicken and saw she rang me up for double orange so I said only 1 orange, 1 Beijing, and 1 grilled. I got two grilled and a Beijing :/ the line had gotten long I just said forget it. I have like 3 of these close by I’ll try the other ones before returning. Parking and the area is crazy congested too!

I went there yesterday they had the bowls of food empty of almost everything. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my food.I ordered teriyaki didn’t even cut it gave me big chunks. The people here are so unorganized. They didn’t even have large cups, and no hot sauce. I don’t recommend coming to this place.

I’d give less than one if I could! Waited in line, tried to order, they are not closed but no food. The manager was reprimanding somebody that left the drawer open and is leaving WHILE there were 5 kids standing around, not doing anything, messing up orders and still left! Lol

Was looking forward to my meal all day and when I ordered I noticed that the team member who prepared my food gave me the leftover teriyaki chicken. I went and sat down and another team member came to me and asked if I would like a fresh batch of teriyaki chicken instead. That made my day! Thank you Ruby for spotting that and taking care of my meal.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 5:45. Arrived later hoping the order would be done giving the team a few extra minutes to prepare. They didn’t even start it until 6pm. If I wanted to wait, I would have just gone and waited in line. What is the point of having order ahead and giving a later time if the order isn’t ready yet or even started? Disappointed.
