Ordered online and that in itself sucked but wanted to pay cash and couldn’t. Said the time it would be ready and it wasn’t. When I went in 2 minutes before ready time I couldn’t help but notice the smell of nothing but I waited for time and I proceeded to look for anyone in the place yelling hello through kitchen to restrooms and nothing. Terrible experience. The hostess had her boyfriend there the entire time and begrudgingly took us to a dirty table. I protested and was then seated at a different table that had ants on the windowsill. Our server greeted us by saying that she was about to deliver food to a 9 top table so she would not be able to take our order yet. The 9 top was the only other party there on a Friday night. When we finally ordered it took another 30 minutes to receive our food. We asked for eggs over-easy and strawberry banana pancakes. We received scrambled eggs and buttermilk pancakes. We didn’t bother sending it back. They were unable to make an Oreo milkshake for my child. We finished our meal and sat for awhile because our waitress never checked on us once, the only table in there by this time. We were never offered refills on our drinks and we didn’t get our check until the hostess alerted the waitress that we were done. I should have read the reviews prior to my visit because they are all awful.

I was impressed with this I hop, I visited on Sunday September 18 around 11am. normally it’s like every where else full of excuses for bad service. But for my first time at this location, the service was awesome the server was on top of things, she had multiple tables but she was on it. I was very impressed with the entire staff even the greeter. I did not get my servers name but she was Hispanic from the Dominican Republic. Outstanding!!

The hash browns are stale, steak cold, pancakes not even done and on top of that i asked for the New York Cheese cake pancakes. This is beyond disgusting! I would like a refund.. and i don’t even wanna mention how i originally asked for mozzarella sticks… but the young man said “the fryer was broken” like how?

Alana is our golden girl of this IHOP. ✨️ best waitress ever, super sweet and was super accommodating to our ridiculous requests of an illegal amount of whipped cream and trying to get pablano peppers on the chicken quesadilla, which was pretty good. And getting a scoop of ice cream on pancakes. 100% delicious. And letting us pick a window seat! Love you Alana. Thanks!

I don’t know who is managing this location, but it needs some help. Maybe its a labor shortage. The restaurant was dirty and dingy. The bathroom was gross and smelled. Our waitress looked like she just woke up and was slightly confused when she talked to us. She also said she wasn’t supposed to have our table, although she was trying to be nice. Everyone working looked miserable and tired. There was also a sign over the register that stated in all caps “No requests or call-out on holidays, everyone must work” and it listed 14 holidays. No wonder everyone seems miserable. A bunch of staff were also coughing (sick). I could also see in the kitchen which looked dirty and saw most dishes go in the microwave before coming out. I wont be going to this location again for awhile. Hopefully they can clean it up and boost the morale. I felt bad for the staff.
