This place has gone downhill. Only had three people working the line with about 30 people waiting. The menu is boring. No more Joey Bag O Donuts, Julia Gulia, or Wrong Doug. Pictures of The Boss, Jimi Hendrix, etc. are gone. No excitement to the place! They didn’t even say Welcome to Moe’s when I walked in. They need to improve, and definitely hire more people to move the line along. Food was okay; that’s why I gave it three stars.

Used to order here a lot. Lately service has been terrible. Just ordered three items and waited 45 minutes for them to make my food. After I placed the order and paid, they told me they ran out of steak, rice and chips. Never offered to take anything off my bill. Very disappointing.

Tonight I placed a mobile order for a white meat chicken and rice and veggie bowl and a quesadilla. I got there 15 mins after my “ready time” and they hadn’t even made my quesadilla yet. The “manager” there dismissed me for other in -house customers. Finally someone mustered up the motivation to make my quesadilla. After all that- chicken in the quesadilla was burnt. I tipped them to be treated with poor efficiency and a lack of customer service. We love Moe’s but. This was an unfortaunte experience. Hope it’s a one off will order again with better expectations.

Every single time I come here they make sure my Meeks are perfect. They keep the store perfectly clean and always have a smile on their face. Malachi and Alana served me this time and made sure I was Welcomed to Moe’s and were very quick to get my food accurately and speedy, with a smile and enjoyable conversation while keeping the line moving. I have been coming here for a long while now but everytime I come in Alana has a perfect service. They clearly know what they are doing with the food being fresh everytime I come and the food on the grill for the perfect amount of time. Fantastic hires. The seats I walked by and sat in were spotless. This Moe’s is clearly the best Moe’s I’ve been in in the past couple years. Managers do a great job with their hires and a great job training. Thank you Malachi for offering a drink when coming in always appreciate it especially since I forget to get one everytime. Thank you Alana for the absolute great customer service. I’ve eaten at enough Mexican joints in my life to feel like I’ve pretty much covered the entire spectrum from bottom end to the finest gourmet. And honestly, given my passion for the style, I was genuinely surprised when I realized that I had never eaten at a Mo’s before. This one is about 10 minutes from where I work so when a co-worked suggested it for a Thursday lunch man-date, I bit on that like a rattlesnake.

Disappointing. I placed a mobile order and only half the order was made/in the bag when I showed up. I already walked to my car before realizing that items were missing. Somehow it got mixed up with another order, despite there being 4 staff and 1 manager, and only a couple customers seated. When we got home, one of the orders was made wrong (chicken, not steak), had a hair, and uncooked rice.

The store was disgusting, every surface was either sticky or covered with trash. You’d think with 4 people working they’d have it under control. We were the only people in the store. The food is meh at best, the guacamole is overwhelmingly lime flavored. We were going to eat in, but we couldn’t find a single table without garbage on it. Save your money and go to the one in Bristol.

Burritos were good. Little pricey right now, wish the value perception was a little better, but that’s a sign of the times I guess. Service was as fast as possible with the number of people on, but they were certainly under staffed. Over all the store was a little dirty. Counters floors under counters and equipment, and the equipment all need a good scrub.
