Never got all my order only received 2 ice cold fries with a lemonade with no straw. I got it to be delivered cause I’m pregnant and have bad morning sickness so was ordering for my kids. I went to Chick-fil-a on Saturday 05-12-23 in Slidell, LA. I had the worst experience ever with manager Marianne over something as simple as a mint watermelon lemonade without ice. I ordered the drink through the app without ice, but received with ice under the direction of the store owner due to rising costs. They didn’t even consult me 1st before changing the order. I asked Marianne for a refund and a regular lemonade no ice. She proceeded to tell me she was doing me a favor because regular lemonade cost more (not true) and she brought me the regular lemonade with ice anyway. I called over another manager who fixed the lemonade correctly. I explained the situation to her. She spoke to Marianne. At this point, I am still owed a refund, but it’s not about that, it’s the principle. Marianne comes back to the table and states so what you don’t want the drink. I ask her “So is this what you take away from this whole situation. This is completely sad. “ What happened to Chick-fil-a slogan My pleasure. By far, this is the absolute worst service ever received from a Chick-fil-a store.
