This is the worse Chipotle they don’t even deserve 1 star. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and rush you to say what you want. They give small portions that they know not even enough. Even another customer behind us had to ask for more chicken and rice too. They was sloppy with fixing your food. Put 2 small pieces of steak on my taco. The whole staff was rude expect the young man that was in training. Also when I ask for some sour cream on the side the older lady got a attitude like I was asking for too much. I should have left the food cause they spoiled my appetite with the sloppiness and rudeness. Never again.

This is one of the worst chipotle I’ve ever been. They constantly mess up online orders and i have to request refunds. Tonight they decided to do online orders only which made me get my food 40 mins after the time it said i would get it at 7:45pm. I get home, shower and go to eat my food and realize there is no barbacoa on my barbacoa tacos. Just rice, beans, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. They are also out of peppers. So now i had to come back at 9:15 to get my order remade. I am opting to go to the one on north side drive or on Piedmont from now on.

I was very dissatisfied with this location. The staff were very young an no one was to lead the team working. It felt like eating at a high school cafeteria. The staff played with each other and were oblivious to the fact that customers were present. The young lady making my burrito actually used her elbow to wedge the burrito from the foil. Her elbow came in contact with my food, and I had to request for them to start over. I sent a detailed email on the website and I received a fast response and courtesy meal card via mail. Whenever it arrives I certainly will not use it at the Howell Mill location. This location is in desperate need of training and some additional employees who are more mature and brand conscious. It’s great to hire the youth, but you can’t leave a whole shift of high-school aged students to operate a store with no guidance and leadership. Additionally, I’ve attached a picture of my burrito to show poorly it was made.

Food is typically good, but service leaves something to be desired. Systems are occasionally down, so you have to order & pay throught the app – eventhough you are standing right in the store. And when you order through the app, add another 10 mins or so to the selected pick up time. These folks typically run slow even when they’re not busy.

Food is good. I have always order online for restaurant pickup. Employees need to pay a bit more attention to people picking up their orders. They chose that option most likely cause their time is limited. Closing the door cause the system is down is not a smart decision while the online order rack is full of bags waiting to be picked.

By far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. Staff is not friendly, half eaten burrito in a bag on mobile order station. Pizza boxes on tables (is the staff eating pizza while working, because they’re definitely not cleaning?). Mobile orders never made on time. Never post signs when they’re out of stuff like other locations do. They need to find a new general manager for this location or just close it because it’s painting the brand in a bad light.
