It’s DQ – so it’s good when it’s completed the way it’s supposed to be, but the two times we’ve been here the products are inconsistent. For example, got an Oreo blizzard and all the toppings were on top, not a big deal of course, but it’s usually mixed. Also, this location doesn’t flip them upside down – which my kids find hilarious.

We were to dinner with our family today and was such a great experience.The staff was pleasant,hardworking and super kind with us. Food was served fast and with a lot of respect. I can tell this was the best customer service I ever received in years. Amir took our orders and he was super kind and positive. The manager of this location was amazing man came and greetings us and everyone who was in for dinner and asking with a smile in the face if they need anything. The place was super clean also. Food Amaizing and fast . If I could give 10 stars for this location I could. I love to see the best example of customer service with smile, positive attitude, hardworking and respectful people who represent the company at the highest level.

Order was not the correct order at the drive thru and I did not have time to return to get a refund or an exchange for what I ordered. No other customers there to confuse my order with. Food went in the trash and was wasted, I’m out $14. Go across the street to Lions Choice, they get simple orders correct.

(This happened 8/10/23) Hello! I went to DQ to order some food in the drive thru. When I got there, one of the employee’s came and in a very rude tone she said, “Helloo? Welcome to DQ, what can I get you?” I just brushed it off, but when I told her the order multiple times she messed it up every time. After I told her it was incorrect, I pulled up to the window. They still messed it up even after showing the photos of what I wanted. I’ve been going to this DQ for a long time and never had any problems here. This experience was just very negative, but I might come back. I just hope they have fixed their problems. Overall, 1 star for this experience but many 5 stars for the rest. Thank you.

Waited over 30 minutes and was ignored by management. Manager belittled kid teenage workers when he should be taking responsibility for his actions. They also left it out too long and forgot about it. Food order was not the full amount and didn’t offer refund. I will not be going back!!

Service is extremely slow. I went to the drive through with 2 cars in front me, waited 10 minutes, nobody had moved. Then I backed out, parked, went inside and nobody was in line so I was at the counter for 5 more minutes with 5 or 6 workers and nobody took my order so I left. I went to lions choice, ordered and got my food before the 2 people in the drive through received their orders yet.

I went through the drive thru and was distracted when they handed me a blizzard that was melting and dripping down the sides and didn’t realize they didn’t give my card back. Next day my account had about 5 fraudulent charges totaling over $600. Be careful to get your card back or use cash here. After some investigating, Amazon confirmed it was someone named Antwan that used my card and he halogens to be an employee at this location.

Not sure what happened but the sundae we ordered had ice cream that was not usual to Dairy Queen. It was yellow and had ice chunks in it. Not white, smooth and fluffy like we’re used to. What a disappointment
