Hoppin’ Javelina
A traditional Mexican Lager brewed with heaps of flaked maize then lightly dry hopped with Neomexicanus hop Sabro to impart subtle notes of line and coconut.
STRAY: Master Fade
13.3% Barrel-aged Imperial Stout blended to taste after resting for 20 months in Willet rye and Willet Family Estate Bourbon barrels. It was then finished on Madagascar Vanilla beans and toasted with raw coconut. Explosive notes of oak vanillins, sweet caramel, creamy milk chocolate, all rounded by a restrained finish of coconut.
STRAY: Eldwood
13.3% Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout first rested in Blanton’s barrels for 14 months followed by an additional rest for 10 months in Four Roses Barrels. Comoros and Tongan Vanilla beans were added to the barrels for 3 months. Absolutely massive boozy barrel and roasty char balanced by notes of marshmallow fluff and white chocolate.
STRAY: Conflux Of Time
Imperial Stout aged 24 months in a selected blend of Blanton’s and Eagle Rare barrels. Finished on Dark Matter Coffee, roasted peanuts, Marquesas Island’s Vanilla Beans, Ethereal Cacao Nibs, and marshmallows. Truly a coffee and confectionary delight.

MINDBLOWN by the entirely vegan menu! Visited mid-afternoon on a Saturday and the place was packed! It was a beautiful spring day, so outdoor seating was open as well and we still waited for a seat. It was a very short wait and so worth it! Great flight prices—10 5oz pours for $18 and there’s something to appease every taste!

I’ve recently had to switch to a GF/DF diet and immediately thought of Pig Minds. We had the cauliflower buffalo wings and the elote chorizo bowl. Both were phenomenal! Large portions- couldn’t finish. Only negative was the lack of a GF beer/cider to try. They package their own beers that they brew, but also have regular liquor also. Outdoor seating available with about 10 tables on their patio.

Always a great experience. Excellent vegan food. Large menu selection. Never a bad experience. Have visited many times dine in and take out. The pizzas are awesome. The appetizers are excellent and the entrees are unbelievable. Fun and friendly wait staff. Usually busy but the quality never suffers. Am not a drinker so cannot give any opinion about the brewery.

Always a great experience at Pig Minds. Today we had the breaded mushrooms for the first time, and really enjoyed them. We always have to order the chili Brussels sprouts- they’re SO good. I was so full by the time entrees arrived I only took a few bites of my Reuben but it was delicious and will reheat really well in the air fryer.

The vibe is great here! The food was even better than advertised! So what it is vegan, you wouldn’t even notice. Flavors for the food we really well done. On the other hand there is the beer…to me it was just middle of the road. Nothing really stood to me. I had a flight which included all ten beers on tap which was nice.
