Went in a got 6 free ribs as part of a promotion can’t really complain about them since they were free. But I got a brisket burnt end sandwich. Didn’t get burnt ends just got thick slices. Hard to eat with how thick the slices were. My wife ordered it online and I picked up didn’t have much interaction with the staff but over hearing them and another customer and with my issue I just think they need a little morning training. Everyone seemed super nice and friendly and I will be back.

Not sure what happened here, but it was a while new crew. And they were all kids. They were nice, but we’re under trained and overwhelmed. The kid serving the meat didn’t have a clue and had to cut open a package of sausage to verify it was the correct one, it wasn’t. He gave me a slab of fat and gristle that was supposed to be sliced brisket, couldn’t eat any of it. Both meats were cold. It’s too bad I got this order to go. Probably won’t go there again.

Awful experience. Felt awful for the employees, only 2 working. They were overwhelmed and stressed out. The meat was all burnt and I couldn’t even eat it. Roll was hard as a rock. Soda was awful. Total waste of money. We normally love coming here, very disappointed.

this started as a great review but I had to change it. I ordered a baked potato with brisket. I guess they were out of the big potatoes because I got 2 small ones and I’m ok with that. the problem is that one was cooked perfectly but the other I had to finish baking in my oven. it took around 15-20 minutes before it was ok. I ordered extra sour cream but didn’t get it, I ordered the sweet bbq sauce but didn’t get that either. alot of the meat wasn’t chewable unless your use to eating twigs. I feel like this was a waste of money and a lesson learned.

Second time in about 2-3 months. Both times out of Pecan pie. Server said they hadn’t had any in a long time. Wanted Carolina bbq sauce and they only had spicy and regular. Ribs tho good had been in warmer too long; they were starting to get burnt taste. Chicken was same way.
