Placed an order online and the quality is bad. The lady at the front counter was rude 8/30. I don’t know I why put an automatic tip on the order when service and food was poor. Missing parts of my salami and look how thick cut the ham was.

I placed an order via UberEats at 8:40am that had to be cancelled due to a driver issue. Because this subway was the only one that I could order from at this time, I placed a new order from the same location at around 9:20. This order was finally delivered at 10:20 which is fine except I was given the sub from the ORIGINAL CANCELLED ORDERED. The sub was cold, probably from sitting on the counter for over an hour. All you guys had to do was recreate the order. There’s no way anyone is eating a sub, that has several sauces on it, that’s been sitting out for an hour. DO BETTER.

I was driving back from North Carolina and got hungry. My son and I stopped at this subway to get some food. It was about 7:40ish when we stopped. We walked in and was never greeted with a hello or hey how are you. I proceeded to order my son and I food. The young lady who made our sandwiches was sweet but seemed new. There was another girl who rang up my food. She was very disrespectful. I was speaking to my sister on FaceTime because she wanted to make sure I was ok doing the rest of my drive. I told her that I couldn’t wait until I got back on my side of town. The lady at the register finished ringing up my food and yelled “IS THAT IT?” I asked for my receipt and she slammed the receipt in my hand. I asked her if there was an issue. She then said “you were talking about me in front of my face by saying you couldn’t wait until you got back to your side.”

First time my wife and I got subs from here they skimped out on the amount of toppings and they also did not have half of the toppings we were asking for. On top of that when we got home we both started feeling sick. A month later we tried to give them another chance and when I arrived at the store they had a sign stating that they were closing early because they were short staffed. Just go to Publix down the street and get a Pubsub instead, you’re much better off!

The worst Subway in the country. If they don’t have veggies to make a veggie sandwich, then they should not be selling it. I can understand not having any at all or being low on one or 2 veggies. But 4 veggies were either completely gone or barely enough left to just show what was there earlier. How the owner/manager handled the situation convinced me that she did this habitually. Cherry on the top; they didn’t give me a receipt for my credit card purchase.

At this time of the day there cannot be a person with such a bad character; not being helpful to customer. the manager of this place; he had a bad attitude at this time with me who was being his client at the moment, and with one of his employees who was helping me and was being very helpful. Even though it’s his job, he got upset because I told another employee to tell him that he would make me another bread just like it. very bad service from this manager at this time; she wanted to treat me as if she were another employee.

Awful experience. Extremely rude, skimpy on meat. When I got home with sandwiches, I literally had to put my glasses on to fine the meat (footlong 3 pieces of ham). Overcharged my order. Ordered 2 sandwiches, which taste was ok, but the person making it wouldn’t put on proper portions of meat and veggies on it. I have been to Subway plenty of times to many different locations. This one served less than minimal. When I tried to ask for a proper amount, I was given a mean look that wasn’t even worth wanting it. Absolutely the worst Subway I have visited in 35 years. Don’t waste your money at this Subway. Negative 5 stars .

BUYER BEWARE. This location is charging for large drinks regardless if you ask for it or not. The employees claim they can not give refunds if you catch them in the shady business process. Employees claim they get in trouble with manager Donna Roberson if they do not conduct business this way. Ask to see your order before pay if choose to visit this store.

I had a great experience. Apparently some staff called out leaving only the one manager to run the entire show during a busy lunch rush. WOW did she do a good job! I didn’t wait too long, the line was moving well, she apologized to everyone for the brief delay and knocked it out. Food quality and presentation was good, flavors and freshness were above expectation and the transaction was surprisingly quick. Well done!
