Took my daughter to eat at this location. Most of the employees are unfriendly, impatient yet they move slow, stingy with the guacamole, but I was more concerned about the condition of the restaurant. A dirty bathroom is a poor sign of hygiene in the kitchen. I attached pictures. They didn’t clean the tables and left spilled drinks on the floor. The manager of this location needs to step up and get this place back to its former glory. Will not be eating her again.

This place sucks. I normally don’t bother writing reviews because I know the manager and the corporate office wherever they are simply don’t care. After waiting on line for 30 minutes with only 4 people in front of me, I watched countless employees walked around with no such of urgency. That in itself is bad service and to make matters worse the rice wasn’t even cooked. The whole meal was ruined. I thought about taking it back. But, I did not really want to waste another 30 minutes of my time. I guess there won’t be a next time. I had enough with this nonsense. Maybe, I might get better service at your competitors.

I’m gonna go ahead and agree with every 1 star review, this location in Woodbridge off route 9 has been the worst since opening day. I mean if you hate your job so much that you 1. Can’t mash avocado’s fully which I find to be mind blowing, 2. Can’t stay off your phone or act like a regular human then get a different job, food industry doesn’t have to be for everyone, you have the power to get a different job literally everyday lol

This is not the first time this has happened. This place continues to disappoint. My brother-in-law ordered online as we’re celebrating his sister’s birthday, and I ordered the steak. As you can see, this is less than a spoon full. The manager needs to train this poor excuse for employees how to serve quantities of food. Especially with the prices Chipotle’s now charging. Talking to these people in person is painful enough because they could care less about the customer. I understand they make low pay, but chose to work there, so do what’s right by the customer vs feeling entitled. I’m done with this place for good. Very frustrating. The fact that this place has a 3 star Google rating says it all. Staggering how chipotle workers can mess up something as simple as serving food.

Management needs to change. Time and time again, visits have shown that it needs to happen but today topped it off. We get there at 12:15 PM only to be told that they’re only accepting online orders and not working the line. Fine, we place our orders with an ETA of 12:30 and 12:40. 12:30 we’re still waiting and they open the line back up so the restaurant fills with people who are able to place an order and leave immediately while ourselves and a dozen others who placed their orders before these customers even got here are still waiting. Others before us start to question if their orders are ready yet. The Managers excuse was that the associates were to all focus on this large 6 person online order so they closed the walk up line down. He argued with a customer. Meanwhile, the online orders pile in and once that large order was done, the associates moved back to the line, getting people out the door who order in house, backing up the online orders. “You have to wait” “We’re going in order of receipts” No, people who ordered after us got their food first so no, you’re not going in order. Then we watch my tacos being made with soft shells when we ordered hard shell. Give the food back and naturally, there’s an associate who has to comment under her breath and give dirty looks just because SHE didn’t read the order correctly. It gets passed to someone else who just takes the filling out and moves it to new shells. Somehow I end up with 2 Barbacoa tacos and 1 steak taco… I didn’t even order steak. That is so dangerous in the food industry with all the severe allergies out there. The manager disappears. They should’ve never closed down the line because that just generated more online orders for the associates to be backed up on. We finally leave at 12:55 PM and the customers behind the large 6 person order still hadn’t even showed to pick it up. I spent my entire lunch traveling to, waiting, and leaving Chipotle. Never again.

I got charged $10 for a bowl! Health department showed up when I was there. The staff emptied everything! By the time I got to order my food, they had no veggies, lettuce, guacamole, beans and much more. I had to come home and add cheese. To top it off my food was ice cold. Now I see why the health department was were there. Last time I go to this chipotle. Is not the first time they don’t have quality dining.

I really don’t get it. Chipotle employees are the least interested lot. They have not interest to do their jobs well. I am opting for Moe’s going forward. Better food, lots of options and good staff. I mean it’s so sad to see them work. It’s as if they are all being forced to work without pay.

I changed my rating from 4 to 1 start. Well,even 1 star don’t deserve. Recently visited but most of the food items were empty. I ordered veggie bowl and they severed me left out food like only gravy w/o black beans, cold white rice, no veggies, no corns, very less cheese & guac., extra lettuce without asking. I also ordered chips and that was very oily not crispy. They charged me $10 & 50 cent for tortilla, $ 2.05 for chips. I asked them but they simply said sorry. What a shame..!! Really disgusting.. Such a mess..This is not first time happened with this store. Staffs are just standing n doing nothing..I mean common when you know it’s a lunch time and by 12 – 12:30, you are running out of most of the food items. Not going to visit again anymore..
