First off asked about a drink, employee answered they don’t like coffee so he can’t give any advice which is okay but if you don’t like coffee don’t work at a coffee shop. Then I pay, go to the next window and when I get my drink it has no cold foam(wouldn’t care if they didn’t charge but I paying for it it better have cold foam). Dude said his bad then proceeded to take it back, and bring me back my drink with the cold foam and a straw top. If you’re getting cold foam the whole point is to drink through the foam for a more sweat taste, not have your foam just melt into the coffee before you can even get home to drink it out the cup without the lid. So I proceeded to call the store and ask for a manager. I can hear the night shift manager in the background saying she can’t do it right now, and the guy comes back on the phone saying their isn’t a manager in the store right now I would have to call in the morning. If you have no respect for coffee and others don’t work at a coffee shop or anything dealing with people all day, and if you dont want to do your job stay home and dont come to work. Terrible experience with this dunkin today and they will NEVER be getting my sales on the way home ever again. 🙂

Slooowww service. I had wait in drive through for 25 min, then I placed order for mocha shakes, gave me chocolate shake. I asked the lady with the nose pin white chocolate shake, she said we don’t have any mocha. I I told the lady I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes, 20 to 25 minutes and I placed an order another 10 minutes so I should get my money back and free chocolate shake for the inconvenience. She is refuse .

Your staff has no clue how to treat people, ( your customers) they would rather talk. And you hardly have any of my kind of Donuts in the afternoon. The Donuts I purchased yesterday were not good at all. Bought some ice cream. It was only half full when I opened it later that night.

Went through the drive through a day or so ago, ordered a few things and waited forever. I understand things get busy, but wow. Most of our order was missing or poorly made. We waited a while for small items that were burnt and another that was ice cold. Hoping they fix their drive through service soon, because this kind of thing makes people not want to come back.

We had an unexpected 1 hr wait between an appointment in the area and decided to wait at Dunkin. Coffee and donuts were very good. While enjoying my food, I noticed signs that my order was on sale and decided not to ask for the discount but point out the error. I was astonished when the ungrateful employee told me that I was charged correctly . I pointed to the sign, and she told me that that didn’t apply because it had expired.I asked why the sign was still there, and she said management hadn’t gotten around to updating the signs. In my 30 min drive, I saw 5 Dunkins advertising the special and received an ad on my app for the same. Really?

If i could give a negative 20 that’s where this review would be. The manager is the worst manager ever. The tall heavy set guy. It was dirty and nasty in there. The girls didn’t know how to make a frozen chocolate. She gave me attitude because I asked to make it right. Then she tried to be smart and add like 10 times the amount of the ingredients, then when 1 girl come over to see the issue. Of course the whole crew like they always do gotta come see wyf is going on. Looked like a meeting of how to make a frozen chocolate they need a new MANAGER for sure, and a whole new crew. That crew was ridiculous and just no customer service. I’ll never be back to this location. The one on 60 next to taco bell by far has you guys beat. Maybe u need to learn something from them.

mid day shift held the line up for 40 minutes, kept getting confused about people’s orders, had to fix ours at the window because they realized it was made wrong and then still somehow handed us melted drinks after a long wait. Super nice people just need some extra help!
